Out of all the "premium" boxes out there, that one is by far the best. You get so much cool stuff... a ton of packs, gold cards, pin, metal cards even!
Still wish I hadn't passed up grabbing one of there for $120 from an LGS back then. Never saw it again for a reasonable price after that 🤦🏻♂️

I got into pokemon again about a year ago and instantly went for the celebrations set. I loved the set and did the whole master set plus promos. I bought one of these premium collection boxes for 350 at a local store and loved opening it. In a tracker app I've noticed that my Gold charizard was around 120 when I first got it, now it's down to like 80 so it doesn't shock me the box has dropped
That's crazy cause I have the same exact story lol. Started collecting right when Scarlet & Violet Base Set came out and fell in love with Celebrations. I also have a master set + Promos. It's really my favorite set.

@@GepenetreerdeDuif Not sure what the OP uses but I use PTCG Tracker. They have a website and app. It's also linked to TCGPlayer so it gives you prices of your cards as well. Can't recommend them enough myself. And a Premium account is only $40 for a whole year.
I wouldn't say that individual content value always determines the price of the sealed product. For example, they've gone up now, but cosmic eclipse packs were 10 £/$ each loose, but a booster box was 600 £/$. Or XY Evolutions pack V etb
@GepenetreerdeDuif it's called Collectr. I'm not positive hoe accurate it is but it's kinda hard to know what's right and whats wrong beings the market always changes. To my knowledge I believe the prices go off of Mint prices on the app but ya I love it
Back when this came out, I was tight on money so I didn't think it was worth the cost. If the price on this continues to go down, I'll definitely grab one. Always regretted not getting it.
I don’t think they will go down just due to the value you get in them, the pack value alone is always gonna be a pretty penny plus the gold cards are only going to be in worse condition over time so the possibility of pulling a goood one out of the box is gonna be a chase I think if you want one 300 dollars is about as cheap as you’ll ever get it maybe 250 if someone trying to offload it
I just finished your 4 hour fusion strike video and man that was brutal on the pulls, I bought a booster box around last year and got the gengar vmax full art and the dancing genesect . My friend and I even split the box

I had fun with celebrations, did a lot of dark sylveon boxes. but I do think it's worth holding onto as it will come up every 5 years to compare to the next anniversary set.
Watched with my 9-year-old Grandson and he went wild over this stream, "Grandpa, can we get that?" Great job Rev.

The whole box looks really nice as a whole, I gotta admit. Wish the Sword & Shield packs selection was a little bit more interesting though.
Most of the sword & shield packs that we consider good nowadays, simply weren't out at the time of release of this box, I still think it's amazing that we got anything other than celebrations.
I recently bought a celebrations etb that cost £80 and was delivered while I was out to supposed "safe place" which was the door step only to get back and there was no parcel. Was more annoying cos I only need gold mew to complete the set and I could of bought it 3 times but it's all about the chase.
Never opened this upc. If the price continues to drop maybe I’ll get a chance to 🤞🏻
If THIS can crash, everything's about to crash, because this is the best product Pokemon has come out with since the Shining Legends Super Premium Collection in 2017 with the Shining Lugia and Shining Celebi cards. This is a $300+ box all day every day.

I've been trying to find this UPC for my sealed collection of course I started collecting AFTER celebrations, and I'm still not finding one for a price I'm willing to spend on it lol
I love seeing the boxes opened that I missed during my Pokemon break , devastating sometimes with what I could have had
Celebrations up 200%. Pokémon Culture up 500%.
It's literally $300-400 on eBay like it has been and will be for the foreseeable future.
Pokemon culture gives back 10%.

I was lucky enough to get the UPC. i never opened and it will stay unopened. I also managed to complete the full celebrations set both normal and classic collection.
this is the UPC that i missed. perhaps now i can finally get one at a reasonable price

Took me so long to get one of these boxes when they first came out and I paid double for it. Now they’re not even what they retailed for a few years back. Crazy
I have all of the classic collection except the 2 metal cards (this includes all promos as well)
I opened one of these and liked the contents at the time, not so sure now except for the gold cards.
I got a premium box back in 2021 for about $70 off, bc the wrapping was slightly opened! I loved opening it!

A lot of investors saw that it was on a high note and sold off. It will gain back value over the long run for sure. Opened one up in 2022 and loved the gold/metal cards!

The lowest I can find in the Uk is £250 on ebay so around $310 is that around the US price or more expensive?

So I have a SGC 10 Charizard EX 199/165 SI Rare one. Its pristine! ...is Ebay the best place to sell to get the most value for it? I sold my first card on ebay and the fees take a decent chunk and I wanted to see if there was a better place with less sale fees

A local streamer opened 8 of these on stream and all 8 of them had nasty dinked metal pikachu and charizards. They always fall out the box and get dinked that’s why they are hard to grade 10s
I’m trying to pick another set to start and master set. Any suggestions. I have evolving skies, crown z, and lost origin.
These premium boxes are always nice. I’m surprised that the Charizard one doesn’t go for more, especially since it has Evolving Skies in it. They should have done a metal card in that one instead of just the metal coin.

He says over the last year, it's been decreasing. Yet the image shows the last 3 months and thatbthe price is nearly the same at the end of that period as it was at the beginning of the 3 months. $2 drop over 3 months is not steadily decreasing

I love the metal cards. I hope they don't over print future ones like the metal Mew. Or they have a variety and make 1 or 2 harder to get than the rest.

Managed to get one of these for 280euro last week. Opened it with my kids we were chasing Charizard, shiny mew and Magikarp.
My son burst open a pack and they all hit the floor and then he started screaming 😱 i thought hed stubbed his toe off the table or something but he was screaming cause one of the cards he dropped was the Charizard 😂 only lightly damaged. He was devastated he dropped it but also delighted to have pulled it. Really brought me back to collecting as a kid 😊
