Also how ridiculous is it that the subs are allowed to dolphin dive up and down after the battery dies. Surely they should have a minimum of at least 45 seconds battery before they can dive again.
Against good players being detected is already a death sentence

i have tried to get the healthbars of all the sips on the left and right side for over a year and still can't figure it out. how the hell do these people do it?

A reasonable nurf to subs would be to limit its spotting ability when @ Periscope. Such a 75 degree view spotting angle. Full 360 spotting when surfaced
Should also enhance spotter planes ability to spot subs within 6km when they are @ periscope

My idea of Sub nerfing is different from yours.
Subs at t6 should only have normal Torpedoes.
Subs at t8. only Germans have Homing Torpedoes. The rests still only have Normal torpedoes.
And at t10s all subs have homing torpedoes. makes the players have to invest and be in pain before getting to the good stuff.
Furthermore. Subs should only be able to fire one torpedo at a time every 2.5-3 seconds. No longer able to rapid fire them out. However, an alt option for shot-gunning is allowed. But it will be used in a widespread format. Akin to the Destroyer's wide torpedo fire. Only normal Torpedoes are allowed for the spread shot style. (The subs can fire torpedoes a little faster with the Adrenaline skill when damaged.)
