  • TRAXY TUBE SUPPORT SYSTEM. New, innovative system, replaces regular tube inside the 140/80-18″ or 120/90-18″ rear hard enduro tyre, mounted on a 2.15-18″ rim. It’s intended use is for offroad only, extreme enduro type of riding. Using this system, the rider will benefit from:
    Superior traction
    Air cushion feel
    Low weight
Tyre bead stays locked firmly on to the rim
Tyre puncture doesn’t have negative effect on the performance
Highly reduced chance of pinching the tube due to reduced tube flat width with Traxy Tube Support
Quick adaption to different terrain and t

This system will annihilate the carcass of the tire, esp in that 140 size. I would say it's for 120 only. Even so, I'd use Tubliss.

Not seeing any rim protection so that could be a issue running low psi??

its a thicker tubliss , i wonder how it handles under low pressure and a lot of rocks . The tubliss sistem has that Red strong chamber , traxi only that gummi chamber that sits against the tire and its going to wear a lot faster than tubliss .... keep updating as u ride .

Would like to know how the rubber liner holds up while rubbing against the inside of the tire all the time. On tubliss that can wear away at the red liner

No air chamber , so if You pinch the tyre , You won't loose the pressure,

    • @TheDirtbikeRider
      @TheDirtbikeRider  Před 5 lety +5

no outsider air chamber, so you can have pinch flat tyre and its going to be same like from start.

@@TheDirtbikeRider With tubliss you want and you are able to go with almost no air so... If you get a pinch from some sharp object in the tire, having the traxy tube support so close to the tyre ...well, most probably you'll get a complete "airless" wheel...

@@faiskiff looking at the cross section on the video, the free movement around the inside of the tyre looks like you would have to strip the tyre and add lube like a mousse tyre to prevent internal friction.
Also, if something penetrates the tyre, then it will puncture the Traxxy tube...
On TuBliss, it needs no special lube and if you puncture the tyre, it does not puncture the TuBliss system tube.
None of the systems are perfect, but I don't see any benift of this system, only downsides.
