@@ellachuks96 have a look through the company ethos and refer to it when answering questions. Stay calm and composed for the role play scenario and always stay level headed. Continue to show sympathetic and empathetic behaviour. Always remember the key is to keep customer happy as well as carry out your duties.
@@mahibmiah2344congratulations on passing, may I ask what they questioned you on for for the scenario based interview, have one coming up
@@mahibmiah2344 Dude during the written assessment and data interpretation test that you probably had in the assessment centre, you were able to answer all the questions in time? The exercises were not that hard but the problem the time was really short and I think messed up for that part. I mean what kind of computer brain you need to have in order to get this damn job, or maybe I'm really slow.

Demonstrate clear, effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to TfL’s values and customer service standards. When's your interview? :)

How was the interview?
Hello please i have just been sent an assessment for Customer service assistant 2 for TFL. These assessments are Mindgage + Dilemmas and so i dont know what to expect once i click the link, obviously not confident enough so im here to ask if someone can please give me an idea of what to expect in these both recent assessments. I would appreciate it if i have an idea and also a loads of practise before jumping on it. Any advise would be appreciated Thanks alot
The TfL Customer Service Assistant assessment involving Mindgage and Dilemmas focuses on cognitive abilities, personality traits, and decision-making in hypothetical work-related situations. Prepare by practicing cognitive tests online, reflecting on past customer service experiences, understanding TfL's values, and responding thoughtfully to each scenario. The aim is to assess your problem-solving skills, behavioral tendencies, and ethical judgment in line with TfL's customer service standards. Approach the assessment calmly, read questions carefully, and answer honestly to best demonstrate your suitability for the role. I hope this helps!
@@how2becomeplease,help me I had done assessment but the last one is very hard how to open door by 2 key ?
Just been offered a job, they have changed the format of the questioning now
What type of questions do they ask? Can you please help thanks
@@Tanvir-wn9pe so with the questions they’ll give you a scenario, mine was there’s an argument between two groups of people and then one of the guys decides to sit on the ground and start hurling abuse. They’ll ask you what would you do in that scenario. My response was to to
1-keep everyone safe without putting myself at harm
2- report to manager
3- record it in an incident book
4- calmly ask the person to stop what he’s doing to de escalate
5- tell the person he can’t sit on the floor because we need to keep traffic as smooth as possible
5- switch on my body worn camera
Does anyone know the sort of questions they ask on the scenario based interview! For CSA
In a scenario-based interview for a CSA position, expect to tackle questions on managing challenging customers, prioritising tasks during peak hours, and resolving unexpected issues. These questions assess your problem-solving abilities and your approach to delivering excellent customer service under pressure. Be prepared to illustrate your communication skills and patience, demonstrating a clear, customer-focused resolution strategy. I hope this helps!
It’s hard to do online assessments please help me😢how to work on it?

Hi. I got the mail for the interview of e-scooter trial analyst of TFL. Can you pls tell me how many stages and what all stages the interview will be ? Also will there be any assessment?
Thanks
The interview process for an e-scooter trial analyst position at Transport for London (TfL) typically involves multiple stages, including an initial screening or interview, potentially a skills assessment (such as data analysis or problem-solving exercises), followed by more in-depth interviews with senior team members or stakeholders. There might also be a final stage involving presentations or additional assessments, concluding with reference checks and a job offer. Candidates should prepare by understanding the job requirements, reflecting on relevant experiences, and familiarising themselves with TfL's e-scooter trials and related policies.
Anywhere I can get access for on site assessment?
Hi, I did applied for customer service and done my online assessment but now I need to go in the main assessment centre for next part which is You will complete the following:
• Work based written test*
Staff Interactive role play exercise*
• Scenario based interview and report writing*
Can you please help me for this.
For your TfL customer service assessment, prepare by understanding the role's key responsibilities. Practice writing clear, concise responses and anticipate common customer service scenarios for the role play exercise, focusing on effective communication and TfL's policies. For the scenario-based interview and report writing, use the STAR method for behavioral questions and practice summarizing information coherently. Research TfL's mission and values to align your responses with their standards. Stay calm and confident. Good luck!
I have completed my online assessment but I didn't got any update from them actually how many days we need to wait for an update ?
@@abdulwaseem9007 hi, i had the feedback the next day
Hello, did you finish the interview already? Can i have some tips please 🙏🏿
Hey did you pass hows the process @abdulwaseem9007
Hi i have a interview soon and my competency questions are Communications and inluence, results focused and safety awareness any advice or examples would be great
I forgot to add the interview is for Skilled Track Operative TFL/London Underground
Thanks for your comment! When's your interview? :)
@@how2become it’s on Wednesday !
How was the interview? i also have one that is literally based on these. what type of questions did they ask?
My interview was good I got the job I had 3 competencies
Safety awareness - tell us a time where you had to explain a new safety rule to someone
Results focus- tell us a time where I used my own initiative to do something to make the job better it was something like that
Communication/Influence - tell us about a time when you had to explain something complicated in person or over the phone then I had some technical questions that they asked me and I SMASHED IT!!!
Hi, I applied for the CSA2 role, passed the online assessment, got invited, and completed the assessment center test. However, there were no role-play exercises or interviews conducted on that day. What's the next step if I pass?
After receiving the results of your assessment center test for the CSA2 role at Transport for London, the next steps typically involve further assessments or interviews if required, followed by a conditional job offer contingent on pre-employment checks. Upon successfully completing these checks, you will receive an induction and specific training for the role. I hope this helps! :)

Hi what’s the assessment centre test I’m going on Monday?
Here it is: www.how2become.com/tfl-recruitment-process-tfl-assessment/ Best of luck for Monday! :)
@@how2become Hi, Thanks for replying. I passed the assessment center test. and got an invitation to book another assessment center appointment. The email did not give any info about the day. Any idea what is it for?

Hi! I have in 10 days the first assesment in Ashfield, about written communication test and data interpretation test. Do you have some advices? Thank You!
I have my assessment coming up in 3 days
How did it go? :)
@@how2become it was good now onto next stage of assessment
Hi any tips for the assessment in Ashfield?
@@mahmud644what are they asking ?
I have completed online assessment. How much time it will take to get Assessment update?
Like 3 days bro
Generally, it can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to hear back. If TfL provided any information about the timeline during the application process, it's best to refer to that. Otherwise, if you haven't heard back within a few weeks, it's reasonable to follow up with their recruitment team for an update. Remember, patience is key during such processes, as they often involve numerous steps and evaluations. I hope this helps :)
got a feedback yet?
pfft, took me like 3 or 4 weeks man.
Can you tell me about the online assessment
I went yesterday and passed the role play but failed the interview 😭😭😭
I am sorry to hear you didn't pass the interview, did they give you feedback? Really good to hear that you passed the role play, that can be a struggle for many! Keep going, you've got this!
@@how2become No feedback he just said I didn't get enough points and tbh I probably could of pin pointed a few more things properly.
Funnily enough I work for London overground but as agency if I do apply again I will just have to make sure I pin point things better and I use a better scenario of when I gave good customer service.
He also told me well done for passing the role play as most people doesn't.
Bur Thank you for your kind words.
@NellyP1989 sorry to hear about the interview, may I ask what was the role play scenario you were given
