NO BAKE PUMPKIN PIE - Thanksgiving's Favorite Pie!

This is my family's favorite pumpkin pie. We serve it every year at Thanksgiving dinner.
You'll want to make this pie a day ahead of serving it. It needs to sit in the fridge several hours.
Grab some whipped cream, and it's a party!

It seems like a lot of steps, different bowl, in and out of the saucepan, but it's soooo worth it. Check out my graham cracker crust to go with it.
