  • This is a quick video for my customers. Keeping your car swirl free after a correction all comes down to proper wash techniques. Ceramic coating makes washing a breeze, but proper steps must still be taken.
It all comes down to minimizing contact with the paint. Use water and detergents to break up and wash away dirt BEFORE you start trying to scrub anything.
There are three washes covered in this video.
    1. Touchless automatic - fast and easy, good for most applications
    2. Simple power wash and air dry- suitable for when the car is dusty
    3. Full wash- Ideal for after rain or snow- seeking 100% clean finish.
The most simple and sage advice I can give a novice to prevent swirling their paint is this - Don't touch it.
Water, soap and air will get you most of the way there. A clean, high pile microfiber with ceramic detailer will get you the rest of the way there.

The best video i have seen so far. Short and covers everything. Really appreciate it. Do you have a list of products you used by any chance?
Second question, what do i use to spot clean something like a bird dropping?

Should use ceramic shampoo or just normal car shampoo

Normal shampoo. I use Bilt Hamber Touchless foam first then pressure wash. Then I do my contact wash with regular car soap (Koch Chemie GSF).
