  • Garlic has many cardiovascular health benefits. When garlic is chopped or crushed many chemical changes take place. The production of allicin and other natural compounds in garlic relax blood vessels, reduce clogged arteries (fibrinolytic properties), and have anti-inflammatory effects, which lower blood pressure and benefit heart health.
Clogged arteries result from the build-up of a substance called plaque in the arterial walls. It is also medically referred to as arterial plaque. This plaque can reduce blood flow or even block it altogether.
Clogged arteries increase your risk of developing other health complications like a heart attack or stroke.
Some of the most common risk factors for clogged arteries are:
High levels of LDL (bad cholesterol) or low levels of HDL (good cholesterol)
    A high blood pressure
    Smoking tobacco
Diabetes or elevated blood sugar levels
A family history of atherosclerosis or clogged arteries
    Stress
    Obesity
    A sedentary lifestyle
Most cases of clogged arteries do not exhibit any symptoms until a heart attack or blood clot presents itself. However, in cases where 70% or more of the arteries are blocked, you will notice the following symptoms.
Severe cases of clogged arteries may exhibit symptoms like:
    Shortness of breath
    Sweating
    Nausea
    Chest pain or angina
    Palpitations of the heart
    Dizziness
    Weakness

I eat 2 - 5 whole cloves of RAW GARLIC every day. First thing in the day, I chew it while sipping water. It encourages the good bacteria in the stomach. RAW GARLIC has the most power. Before I started this regimen years ago, I had all kinds of respiratory problems including pneumonia. Raw garlic is also an anti-depressant. I often chew whole cloves (the spice-clove) after eating garlic. My friend says I smell like Thanksgiving then, lol. Thank you so much for doing this video on my beloved garlic!!!😊

Since doing this, not only has my blood pressure improved, but I don't seem to get sick. I went all of last winter without catching a cold or anything.

Goes well in a tin of tuna, after a few days you won't even taste it, you acquire a taste for it . Throw it in with cottage cheese, I crunch on it, no matter what breakfast I have. _Best thing_ you can do for yourself.

Good thinking. Cottage cheese is good to eat with any supplements or vitamins because the fats will help process them better.

Is there anything left on earth that this Dr mandell hasn't recommended. Be it turmeric to honey to basil to garlic to ginger to cayenne pepper to cinnamon to cardamom to lemons to cider vinegar to Tulsi to chia seeds to moringa leaves and onions and turnips. everyone eats some or the other on daily basis. He is a charlatan. He should be jailed.youtube should expose his fraud and suspend him for 15 years
