Its slower because its failing and needs more tries it seem. Mine works fast as hell and almost when i boot into the ps4 menu its done.

Why is it fast as hell ? Special settings?

@@Dozey48 well, i used the nand version and it gave me nothing but problems and it worked like 1 out of 20 tries and when it did work the ps4 wont go into sleep mode and needs a database rebuild on the next boot. I almost gave up until i thought of swapping out the stage 2 and goldhen usb file from the beta releases and then it started worki ng every time. I dont know why because the nand version should come with the latest beta build and file size also the same but after swapping it i never had a problem again and on the longest it takes 3 try's

Maybe nand size is smaller then sd card. Cannot contain old and new together
