    These are some great results, Rachel! As a biochemist however I can't really share the same opinion on ketosis, imo those kinda regimens should be done with extreme caution. But I always admire your motivation, keep on the hard work, it's worth it :)

      nintendocatt is a med student I agree but those have to be used by people with diabetes. But there is no evidence yet but its known that low carb helps balancing hormones on ladies with PCOS

    I started the keto diet in March before my trip to paris and lost so much weight, but in the past 2 weeks I've gotten a bit slack and I think its knocked my body out of ketosis but this vid is such a motivator to get back on track

    Congrats on your new puppy and your weight loss success! Get a puppy carrier you can carry on your back or a puppy stroller. You can get your walking in and help socialize him as well.

    I'd really like to see a full 'follow me' video of a regular day, if you wouldn't mind sharing that :o like the actual time you wake up and go to sleep and how much (!!!) you fit into your day in between those hours.     Could you do a keto food prep without dairy?! I'm allergic to whey but I really need to do keto for my health and balancing my hormones periods blah blah not so much to lose weight which would be great of course but I don't want to be in bed all week on my period so stupid.

    I've given up losing weight. I lost 10kg, then in the space of a month I put 6kg back on, despite exercising & eating clean & being in a 500-1000 calorie deficit.

    I'm having a lot of trouble with keto because I can't eat dairy and most recipes call for it. Do you have any recommendations? Also, so happy for your progress! You look incredible

      Dairy is great for keto, mainly because it just makes it easier, but it's not a requirement. You could find other high fat foods that aren't dairy! Things like avocado, macadamia nuts (or really, most nuts, assuming they're not of the high-moderate carb variety), whole eggs, mayo (tuna or chicken salad is a great keto-friendly meal that's really easy to make), etc.

      Sofija Sliekaite hey! Sorry I'm not Rachel, but if you're doing keto for weight loss, an important thing to remember is that your macros for fat is not a goal to reach. It's your maximum for the day. It's important to reach your protein goal instead to avoid losing muscle, especially important if you train/weight lift. Fat is the most dense in calories so for weight loss, cramming in fats isn't going to help. Fat is there just for satiety. But if you're finding that you're not satiated and looking to snack, you can up your fat by eating fatty cuts of meat, tossing your vegetables in healthy oils, and adding good fats into your diet, like more butter, lard, or olive oil. You could go on reddit and search for the r/keto thread, you can get loads of help there!

      Carmen Lee thank you for the response!! for me the weight loss isn't the goal, I wouldn't like to lose any more than 3-5 kilos and its not hard at all to keep up with the protein intake. And thanks again for the advice cause I do find myself feeling ready to snack on something quite often!

    thank you for your update! i love your videos - you are so inspiring :) do you have any ideas for going keto as a vegetarian? i started the ketogenic diet about a month ago (because of your videos:) ), i love seeing my body and mind change. But i struggle a bit with the protein. nearly every day i eat eggs, because i am not a big fan of soja. it would be really nice, if you can give some suggestions. keep on going! greetings from germany

      medical vegan I've been working on some Keto vegetarian and vegan options! :)
      I put recipes up on www.eatrunlift.me every week or two, and there's a section where you can view only Keto recipes, or only vegan etc etc. So they'll start to appear on there over the next few weeks and months!

    Do you notice bad breath while on keto?
    Because I've done keto a few years ago (and i lost a significant amount of weight) but the bad breath was an issue...
    If you recon this, how do you deal with it?

    What is the difference between the app you are using and MyFitnessPal?
    Love your videos! I'm the same height as you, I just put on weight and I'm 69kg :( Missing the time when I was 61kg and the feeling of being simply healthy. I'm happy you were able to lose so much weight. I believe, I can do it too, so -> 2nd training in the evening. I have another question: did you feel super sleepy during your work out when you were 69kg? I'm pushing myself as much as I can (and more) to do my whole workout, but I just don't feel so energized as when I was 61kg. Is this normal? Thank you for your help!

    Do you dye your hair and do you ever deep condition? It always looks SO HEALTHY. I want to go darker w/henna but I always have such dry hair. I try to keep my products natural. I love your short cuts too. I wanna go short but never know what to say. Do you get layers?

    wow 21" is so crazy! that's awesome! I didn't even know that was humanely possible! belly is my stubborn area. weight comes off my arms and legs super quickly the and belly is always last Hehe. lowest I got it to was 25" but I'm almost always 27" even when being totally sedentary.

    I would add stevia to the dessert if you want a sweetness hit. Cream, nuts and cinnamon alone wouldn't wouldn't fix my craving lol.

    I have a question: Which plans on lifesum are recommended for Keto? and any books (or other written source) recommendations to base a keto diet on?
    It looks like it could be a good thing for me, but I want to give it a bit more serious approach than just starting it somehow right away.
