It's obvious that Trump has been losing his mind for a long time. Just listen to (or if you can stomach it, read) the speeches he made during his campaign. He sounds like a rich old man who's losing touch of real life (I've met many of these types) - repeating stories, repeating sentences/words and just sort of fading away before starting a new random thought.
