Hi JP, thanks for the great video!! I was able to install my speakers in the front & rear doors of our 2004 Tahoe without a problem. I used those quick connectors that you showed and 2 sets of 6.5 Pioneer TS-A series front and rear doors.
Only thing I did differently was on the Front door installation, i drilled holes because I didn’t want to pay $15+ plus bucks for the door brackets and neither did I want to wait days for the brackets to arrive. For the back doors I did not have to drill any holes, the 6.5 aftermarket speakers lined up well with the original holes.
Ours did not have the bose audio system, but installation procedure was the exact same.
Thank you so much for the quick video tutorial!!

You didn't have Bose system because they have 5 1/4 rear speakers

And I found some pioneer TS 675 at the junkyard. Cost about 13 bucks

@@vamoneygroup oh ok, non bose factory speakers were also 5.25, my pioneers were bigger (6.5) than factory ones (which were 5.25). Maybe someone put 5.25 oem speakers out of another Chevrolet vehicle but who knows. $13 for a set is a steal!

Thank you, doing all 4 door speakers on a Yukon it's been a nightmare thanks to previous owners but this helped alot. Looking forward to having rockford fosgate 6.5s all around instead of blown factory speakers.😂

I was reading somewhere that the amp has a crossover for the front speakers so they don’t get any highs just mids and lows. The stock tweeters get all the highs. Back door speakers are full range though.
