    I was a special constable for 4 years and currently work in the ambulance service. I applied to met police as I missed the role and as a fully trained officer with further experience and skills gained in the ambulance service, was quite confident of getting to at least an interview stage.
    Applied and failed on the 'Behavioural' test without feedback or results, and without ever having my application looked at by human eyes. Some brain bod from a university coming up with these tests that fails people with no accountability.
    In essence I do not have the right behavioural answers despite being a police officer, medic and volunteer for charities in my spare time, indicating my behaviour trend lends itself to helping others.
    What a joke and I can see why the police recruit so many poor officers these days
