Police Recruitment - ‘Boom or Bust!'
The Government have just released their most recent data outlining the progress of the 20,000 Uplift to police numbers (I know, they are not ‘extra’ officers!!).
The 20,000 target has to be hit by March 2023, but for many forces, they are already planning intakes for that period.
While the past few years has seen a Boom in police recruitment, my prediction for the near future is how the service is about to go Bust!
