    If someone asked for proof that these trucks are reliable and have plenty of power behind them...I would show them your videos. Great job brother!

    That truck is running great. Im admittedly a dodge guy but if i was going to try a ford it would likely be a 6.0. They're capable of running strong and have a great trans behind them as well. You may have mentioned it at some point, but are you taking off in 3rd and then just locking the converter from there? Congrats on the win

    Great runs man looking good. I installed my left lane diesel up pipes today and they lined up perfectly. Didn't have to tweak anything they were absolutely perfect. Only thing that sucks is that they are to pretty not to be able to see under the hood lol😂

      @@MrJet1982 thanks for coming along and being a supporter! Factory ipr is set to 84% and most tuners don’t change it. In a competition vehicle it’s common to increase ipr% in tuning to gain more ICP.

  • @travmit15

    Do you not lock your hubs in before you pull? Both passes the passenger side front tire did not spin out at the end. If your using the auto lockers we both know how painful those systems are to keep mint. If your worried about turning just unlock the driver side hub and remember to lock it back up before you pull.

    • @LeftLaneDiesels
      @LeftLaneDiesels  Před rokem +1

      Front diff is open from the factory, so unfortunately only one will ever spin out. Need to get a trutrac up front! It’s on the list haha

    • @travmit15
      @travmit15 Před rokem +1

      @@LeftLaneDiesels really? I have an 04 and I swear you lock both hubs and both front tires will spin. Maybe that's just on snow or loose gravel. Underload I imagine it's different.

    • @LeftLaneDiesels
      @LeftLaneDiesels  Před rokem +1

      @@travmit15 the front diff is constantly changing power from one wheel to the other. So it’ll appear as both are spinning when there’s less traction. But in the video you are seeing the front right with all the traction all the time so power stays to the front left.

      @travmit15 Před rokem

      @@LeftLaneDiesels I gotcha. Now that I think about it. It makes total sense for road trucks to never be locked solid upfront.

    Have a diesel site hpop delivery system. Was good on stock valve covers. Put on G&R’s covers both icp seals leaking. Tightened enough to start peeling aluminum off cover, loosened enough so no pressure. Is there a trick to this? Leaking is an understatement, runs out! Help???

    • @LeftLaneDiesels
      @LeftLaneDiesels  Před 11 měsíci +1

      I had to machine my G&R valve covers. The big bulk head on the HPODS won’t go down enough to even touch the seal. Check out my video of the valve covers on the race truck series, I discuss what the machining and captured a few videos of it getting done.
