    You don’t actually have to pay a year in advance to get the lower price. You just have to commit to a year or pay a penalty if you cancel the store subscription early. The lower price is charged per month.

      True, and thanks for the clarification. I did not state that.
      Amy, I appreciate any comments you ever wish to make. Also, I'm always open to reproof or correction if you see any major mistakes.

      Certainly wasn’t trying to be critical. I just agree with you 100% that folks should get a store and would hate for anyone to postpone it thinking that they have to pony up a year’s worth-which can be a painful expense! Paying the lower price month-to-month is a no brainer, especially with our supply coupons.
      Carry on-you rock!

    Generally, I don't 'order' supplies at the first of the quarter, but more 'as needed' and definitely before the end of the quarter. We have two stores, so two coupons to deal with, and sadly they can't be combined... each store is it's own, and eBay doesn't allow multiple coupon use, OR coupons from one store to be used on a different one.
    One of the things I did - in the Seller Hub - under SHORT CUTS - I created a link to both the coupon page AND another to the supplies page. Because, for some reason, eBay doesn't remind people that coupon's exist, or have been issued anymore (they used to a few years ago). I usually look for the three TYPES of packaging I use the MOST OF... and then max out the quantity, using the coupon to reduce the cost; because the higher quantity purchased USUALLY has a lower cost per unit (mostly because the shipping cost is offset by the initial order (at any qty)). Anyhow...

    • @UltraAdvancedOnBay
      @UltraAdvancedOnBay  Před měsícem +1

      Yes, I think eBay is just fine if eBay store owners forget to order them which is why we get no reminders... !
      Good use of shortcut links.

    i would use my $25 per quarter and get 100 bubble mailers and i would go like $1.50 out of pocket. now ebay jacked up the prices so it costs me like $10 out of pocket. i do miss when the $25 credit actually covered the entire cost of certain supplies. theres almost nothing thats $25 now. for people who dont really use the supplies you should still redeem your coupon codes and just re sell the supplies under cutting ebay, a lot of people do that. ebay sells the 100 bubble mailers for $36, costs me $10 theres room for some margin.

      That is a great tip. Yep, the eBay-branded supplies that store owners have been allowed to choose from have always been overpriced compared to just about any other company's non-eBay-branded shipping supplies. But now, they are sky high and the reality is the best we can do is get the cost of some of those overpriced supplies down to at least less than what we could purchase unbranded supplies for elsewhere and call it a win. Technically it is "free" but it does feel like a gimmick the higher those prices go.

      @UltraAdvancedOnBay  Před 7 dny

      Thanks, well you can from your phone's web browser, just not from eBay's app I believe. (Even then if you have the code you may be able to, I've never tried.).
      Step 1 on phone web browser: Go here to get your quarterly code if you haven't used it yet and copy it to your clipboard: www.sd.ebay.com/subscriberdiscounts/
      Step 2 on phone web browser: Go here to the eBay branded shipping supplies selling page, all with free shipping as always, and use the code you copied from Step 1 then check out: www.ebay.com/str/ebayshippingsupplies
      Let me know if that works if you wish to try it. I'm 99.9% certain it will. Thanks for commenting. I hope you continue watching and especially helping with your comments and things you notice. I always want reproof and correction Charlotte! ~ G

    How do i get my free ebay shiping supplies since im a basic store?

    • @UltraAdvancedOnBay

      Good morning Michael,
      Thanks for watching.
      I might not understand your question. How to get your free $25 quarterly shipping supplies is what this video shows how to do. Literally.
      ...Now, I may very well have made an error in the video or something and it fails to do that. If so, let me know.
      But otherwise, if you follow the video, you should have your free supplies ordered before the video ends. Now, today is March 30th so you have only today and tomorrow to get this quarter's supplies. On Monday, April 1st, the new quarter starts and you then can order next quarter's free supplies but you won't be able to get the ones from the current quarter.
      ...So hurry and watch and order them today so that on Monday, you can order yet $25 in free eBay-branded supplies.
      I wish you the best in everything and I hope you make tons of money on eBay. Let me know if I can be of any help whatsoever.
