- Juice with me! In this video, I am prepping for my 15-day Spring Equinox juice cleanse. I am batch-juicing apples and cabbage using my Nama J2 juicer! This will be my first time trying Cabbage juice and the apple-cabbage mixture together. See my reaction as I try these juices for the first time!

When I juice,I like for everything to be well mixed together,so what I do is get a big bowl or pot and as I juice it all ends up in the same bowl. At the end I give it a stir and then divide the juice into the different jars. This way my juice is evenly mixed,and I don't have to worry about running out of any fruit or veggies for the last jar. This works for me but if your way works for you then okay, I'm happy to see and know that there are people out there just doing the darn thing.
Yesss!! I tried this in the past, I was just too clumsy to pour the juice in the jars without spilling it .. especially large batches. 😅 Small batches are okay. So for large batches, I try to divide the fruits and veggies evenly while juicing. And yes! I’m happy to see people juicing and prioritizing their health 💚

I also use enemas for detoxing and colon cleansing during juicing.

It’s the Nama J2 juicer. Makes my life soo much easier when it comes to juicing.
Is the nama the best juicer you have used? What would you rate it out of ten? :)
The Nama is definitely the best juicer I have used. I’ll give it a 9/10. The only slight annoyance is the foam production for some fruits, but it was one of my greatest investments for my health.
