The reason why she has blonde hair is because whenever she turns into Mighty Thor her hair turns into blonde. Basically, turning into Thor which is blonde. She’s only brunette when she’s in human form and/or Valkyrie form.
Kinda makes you wonder why they collect figures if they know nothing about them nor do they try to find out. Lol...
Well in the comics during the Mighty Thor run, Jane Foster was actually bald. Since this is a movie figure, the movie hasn’t released to give the full story on it.

4:50 Mjolnir looks like it's made of stone instead of metal. I wish they used a different color plastic and added some blue in the cracks.
The resemblance is uncanny. I'm definitely going to be picking this figure up 👍
COMIC SPOILERS-----------------------------------------so in the comics, when Jane transformed she pretty much took on a whole new appearance, as she did remove her helmet in front of people and was still not recognized (whether it was an ideal version of her or someone else entirely was not entirely clear to me). Also transforming did cancel out the cancer her human form suffered from, but it also reset any medications/treatments she did in human form so even though she could live a long time as Thor, her time as a human would potentially be diminished drastically. If they do this with her MCU counterpart I think it would need to be dealt with in a whole other film.
My top pick from this wave, I love the design so much, pinless, awesome head sculpts and double jointed elbows, pretty great figure!

I'm going to tell you something, I'm not a collector, I don't like dolls, but I've been working with a model for 40 years, and I wouldn't work with this piece, maybe because of prejudice or machismo, but the fact is that in these 40 years, I'm sorry to the artists of the collecting, but not even Hot toys impressed me so much !
They even made the little marck on the girl's face! Hasbro has done it now, very cool, even the miniature, the face and the hair are perfect !
Maybe they should have done more with the draping of the cover, but from everything I've seen so far, it's a sensational piece! Really, really good !

Hey MCU Collector, I only have a couple of graphic novels with Jane Foster Thor in, but after each time spent as Thor it knocked out the effect of her Chemotherapy, setting her back each time she reverted to human.
I’m definitely getting this figure. It will fit well with my classic collection.
I just ordered her off Amazon. Cannot wait for it to arrive this week!

good thing you got these when you did. cause all stores have been issued a recall order on them from hasbro. probably because of the street date being broken. the teaser trailer just dropped today and hasbro just announced today that these are going up for pre order on april 26th. so, if you are able to grab these, do so while you can before they are all gone.

I'm almost can say even when seeing the teaser Marvel put of the movie it slightly catches my attention not entirely really, but i will admit seeing this figure review and recalling seeing the last trailer scene it's interesting, still debating if i really want to buy this figure but it is still awesome looking so far.

with that paint pattern, they could've easily include an ab crunch without it looking too bad, with the mcu moon knight figure too, they both have a pattern that looks like an ab crunch.
I just noticed that Mjolnir's handle is positioned inaccurately. It needs to be turned 90 degrees. Can that be done or is it glued to the top piece?
I think the headsculpt looks most like Natalie Portman at the 3/4 angle. They did a pretty good job for sure.

One of Thor’s powers is to summon lightning to transform based on what happens when he summons lightning in Endgame, Cap probably could have done that if he wanted. He just probably didn’t want to.

"Will take up the mantle of Thor"😂😂😂😂😂 Thor isn't a mantle lol. It's his name. But that never stops marvel from making stupid decisions. His title is the God of Thunder. They should have went with that.
Except when Beta Ray Bill and Eric Masterson did it. Heck before the reveal, Donald Blake treated it as a mantle as well. So it being a mantle is in the dna of the character.
The problem in the comic for Jane is they were unrealistically stubborn. These two guys knew they weren't the same Thor(well Eric when he went solo) and said as much.
Jane Thor kept speaking like she was THOR. Then add on the Odinson nonsense. It was mishandled in an attempt to give Jane authenticity when they didn't have to. I think the film will handle it much better. She'll be Thor as a codename but no one is gonna be stubborn about it.
@@DesignIncase Thor is Donald Blake. They were never separated. That was a modern retcon. Thor joined merged with Eric for a short time. Look up the origins of how Donald Blake came about. Odin suppressed Thor's memories and power until he learned to be humble.
@@DesignIncase read Thor vol 1 159. They are the same person. Beta Ray Bill getting power from mjölnir was a retcon by Walter Simon in Thor 337. Way way after it was revealed Blake was always Thor.
