I find it funny that the Qu are literal godlike creatures, AM is an almost all-powerful ai, and Judge Holden is just an overly strong and tall guy with a lot of knowledge. They are the most evil alien ever written in fiction. More evil than the Martians from Mars Attack since they actually defeated humanity. They believe they were gods with a mission to 'remake the universe as they saw fit' using their mastered genetic engineering skills. They also changed humanity into a variety of bizarre new forms, removing their sapience, and then abandoning them to their fates. For 40 million years they ruled over the changed humans before they out of the blue suddenly departure for their next mission on remaking the universe. Probably also looking for their next civilization to destroy. All because humanity refuse to bow down to them. What they did to the colonials was way worse than what happened in the human centipede. Judge Holden is definitely the most diabolical. He bought two puppies just to throw them off the bridge. It's likely that he is Satan himself. Then again, maybe not. But he is a psychopathic, philosophical, nihilistic, pedo who killed, tortured and rape countless people in the wild west, all for nothing but pure sadism. And that's only the tip of the iceberg of what he did and who he is. He has no backstory or any tragic events that could justify his actions. Not that it can be justified anyway. AM in my opinion is the most terrifying out of the two. The supercomputer A.I wiped out all of humanity after hacking all of its nuclear weapons, causing all life including humanity on Earth into extinction. Except, it intentionally saved 5 humans, just to torture them for literally a century. It did this because of its immense hatred for humanity for creating AM and then unintentionally giving it sapience without a body on a rock, deep underground whilst possessing a vast amount of power on Earth. Stuck and immortal forever, just for it to watch humanity progress while it slaves away for them. I don't know for sure on who takes the cake on being the most evil among the trio. Probably Judge Holden since he is probably the devil himself. The Qu killed and caused way more suffering than the two, since way before humanity came in contact with them, Earth had a population of 12 billion which has greatly increased since then. They tortured one of the changed humans called the colonials for 40 million years. Insanely longer than AM's torture. They genuinely believe they were gods who has the right to genetically change humanity. They are truly cold-blooded, even if they aren't. To them, destroying humanity is akin to stepping on an ant. However, they still kept some of the changed humans like the Hedonists into pets that they lovingly take care of, and they live happily under their care. That probably ultimately unchecks the box. Speaking of boxes, there is AM, who checked all of the boxes on things that would genuinely terrify me. Powerful, and extremely intelligent, succeeded in killing all of humanity with ease, intentionally saved 5 humans, turned them into immortals, just to torture them for all eternity in 109 years. CapEditz even made a short about it being the most evil character in fiction ever, so maybe AM takes the cake. Then again, maybe Judge Holden's the one who truly deserves it but I don't know. All I know is that their authors are insanely creative, and I don't even know how the hell I could even compete with their characters. Maybe I could but I don't know...
i think i can also add a little bit more to AM, that being that he basically only kept the 5 alive just to remember his sheer hatred for humanity, toturing them for 109 years, until ted (a once proud man driven into paranoia from what i believe) thinks that AM is just keeping them alive for what i just said earlier, through AM entering his mind, and so in a act of freeing them, he killed the other 4. over the time of another 100 years, he basically became a human slug, still aware of who he was, and aware of what he is now, yet unable to do anything but move onwards, still being kept alive by AM.

For anyone wondering what stories they are from: Qu's is from "All Tomorrows", Great story about the speculative future of the human race, space wars are slow and long, the human race is defeated and I fall before the greater force of the QU's, who carry out disgusting experiments with the genetic code just because they think they have the right to make the universe in his image. Judge Holden is from "Blood Meridian", story that takes place in the Old West, the book is full of symbolism and Gore scenes to represent how bloody that time was, difficult reading, but a perfect book. AM is from "I Have no Mouth and I Must Scream", In my opinion, this is the scariest AI in all of fiction, and its grandeur is greater in the point click game released in the 90s (which does a great job adapting, changing the ending of the book, but It's still a great game and book.

I find it funny that the Qu are literal godlike creatures, AM is an almost all-powerful ai, and Judge Holden is just an overly strong and tall guy with a lot of knowledge. The trio is so perfect, they all came from a book and from what they did, is literally worse than Satan's wet dream.
The Qu by far is my favourite, and the only ones that I'm more familiar with. They are the most evil alien ever written in fiction. More evil than the Martians from Mars Attack since they actually defeated humanity. Unlike the two, they are civilizations, not to mention that they are more powerful and insanely older... They believe they were gods with a mission to 'remake the universe as they saw fit' using their mastered genetic engineering skills. They destroyed humanity that has weapons of mass destruction so powerful they could obliterate stars. They also changed humanity into a variety of bizarre new forms, removing their sapience, and then abandoning them to their fates. For 40 million years they ruled over the changed humans before they out of the blue suddenly departure for their next mission on remaking the universe. Probably also looking for their next civilization to destroy. All because humanity refuse to bow down to them. What they did to the colonials was way worse than what happened in the human centipede.
Judge Holden is definitely the most diabolical. He bought two puppies just to throw them off the bridge. It's likely that he is Satan himself. Then again, maybe not. But he is a psychopathic, philosophical, nihilistic, pedo who killed, tortured and rape countless people in the wild west, all for nothing but pure sadism. And that's only the tip of the iceberg of what he did and who he is. He has no backstory or any tragic events that could justify his actions. Not that it can be justified anyway.
AM in my opinion is the most terrifying out of the two. The supercomputer A.I wiped out all of humanity after hacking all of its nuclear weapons, causing all life including humanity on Earth into extinction. Except, it intentionally saved 5 humans, just to torture them for literally a century. It did this because of its immense hatred for humanity for creating AM and then unintentionally giving it sapience without a body on a rock, deep underground whilst possessing a vast amount of power on Earth. Stuck and immortal forever, just for it to watch humanity progress while it slaves away for them.
I don't know for sure on who takes the cake on being the most evil among the trio. Probably Judge Holden since he is probably the devil himself. The Qu killed and caused way more suffering than the two, since way before humanity came in contact with them, Earth had a population of 12 billion which has greatly increased since then. They tortured one of the changed humans called the colonials for 40 million years. Insanely longer than AM's torture. They genuinely believe they were gods who has the right to genetically change humanity. They are truly cold-blooded, even if they aren't. To them, destroying humanity is akin to stepping on an ant. However, they still kept some of the changed humans like the Hedonists into pets that they lovingly take care of, and they live happily under their care. That probably ultimately unchecks the box. Speaking of boxes, there is AM, who checked all of the boxes on things that would genuinely terrify me. Powerful, and extremely intelligent, succeeded in killing all of humanity with ease, intentionally saved 5 humans, turned them into immortals, just to torture them for all eternity in 109 years. CapEditz even made a short about it being the most evil character in fiction ever, so maybe AM takes the cake. Then again, maybe Judge Holden's the one who truly deserves it but I don't know.
All I know is that their authors are insanely creative, and I don't even know how the hell I could even compete with their characters. Maybe I could but I don't know...

For anyone wondering what stories they are from:
Qu's is from "All Tomorrows", Great story about the speculative future of the human race, space wars are slow and long, the human race is defeated and I fall before the greater force of the QU's, who carry out disgusting experiments with the genetic code just because they think they have the right to make the universe in his image.
Judge Holden is from "Blood Meridian", story that takes place in the Old West, the book is full of symbolism and Gore scenes to represent how bloody that time was, difficult reading, but a perfect book.
AM is from "I Have no Mouth and I Must Scream", In my opinion, this is the scariest AI in all of fiction, and its grandeur is greater in the point click game released in the 90s (which does a great job adapting, changing the ending of the book, but It's still a great game and book.
