Ninja Smoke, the most OP character in the game. I pitted his CPU against all others in Watch mode on Hard 8 difficulty, and he wins most of the time against other CPU opponents, minus the bosses.
Ill say this on every video. ICA playing on the highest difficulty deserves so much respect. Too many uploads from others playing around, beating up easy mode bots.
