No champion comes close to how broken Riven is, and about Qiyana, well she isn't as broken as Riven but she's pretty broken too. He should compare akshan to most champions, he's pretty good overall and has millions of things in his kit. Even though riven doesn't have as much things in her kit as akshan it's still obnoxious and even more broken than him, because her numbers are just too overtuned.
Akshan 1 of the most broken in game and riven is A-tier champ (even in adrians hands). Akshan is ~adc champ and riven is bruiser. In this game fed bruiser>adc. And remember akshan is mid game carry but riven is late game carry so THIS riven is better then yamatos akshan and not the riven>aksh
