This is all wonderful, but who are the faces of the Palestinian struggle? Why is the advertised Palestinian struggle monopolized by those that average people like me don't know or connect with? I can at at least ask Bibi to make some average daily routine videos for me to enjoy. I don't even know Palestinian leaders. All of them have difficult Arabic names.
Who are the Palestinian heroes? What is their cuisine? What clothes do they wear on different events? What do their women do in their free time?
Why isn't the AP telling stories that the rest of us can really enjoy? Why is Israel monopolizing the business of needling Palestinians? If the rest of us get to know Palestinians, we can also take turns to needle them. Do the Palestinians honestly believe that Israel can be their only enemy in the world? The rest of us can do that as well.
But how do we do it when Palestinians are all sitting at home, not willing to introduce themselves to the rest of us?
Do the Palestinians not have public faces for their struggle? All I know is Yasser Arafat (if I remember correctly, he's no longer with us. 💐).
Why can't Israel finance movies on the Palestinian struggle and make money? We can all watch drama and Israel can probably use the money to build something.
