I have a constant battle with condensation here where I'm at so I keep my room where my shoes are stored well ventilated in plastic stackable boxes with silica gel packs in each box, does the job brilliantly 👌
Be careful with those they will dry out your midsoles over time

Nice video bro. Thanks for the tips. I have alot of siblings and when in school our parents were only able to afford to buy us 1 new pair of shoes each at the beginning of each school year. This taught me how to take care of my shoe so my 1 pair dont get too busted before the end of the school year.🤣🤣🤣 i knew alot of these things but 1 thing i didnt hear u mention was not to "choke" your shoes up when u lace them, as this will make them wear and then tear faster.

I like those storage bins but the container store to me works better. The fronts are clear and the sides are frosted so if you do need to keep your sneakers in a place with some natural light it helps dramatically.

I got a large sneaker collection and a tiny flat. Obviously I'm not gonna limit my cat from moving around the property. The same way I can't limit my partner, family, friends, children if I had them... I love my Jordans, my Air Maxes, my Air Trainers... but I love my cat more. I take good care of my shoes, clean them after using them, but at the end of the day, I enjoy them by wearing them, and the day they die, they die, and they'll make room for the next ones. Life is life. Thankfuly Nike keeps bringing the AJ1 Chicago, the AJ2, the AJ3 White Cement, the OG Air Max 1... some die so others are born.
Can you do a video with your top display cases, I have bought two different kinds from Amazon, and the weight of the sneakers are bending the boxes and damaging the door. I just started collecting sneakers roughly 8 months ago and I would like to make sure I keep my sneakers protected and organized.

I used to vacuum seal the older ds kicks i had so there is 0 room for oxidation! But if you've had them a long time just wear em once a month inside to keep good midsole health. Actually way better for em. You are welcome! No pets fosho bro

I have a pair of 2014 AJ1 OG Pandas, 2018 AJ1 Bred Toes and AJ1 OG Shadows. the pandas and shadows have been worn once whereas the bred toes none at all. They have been stored in my cabinet with cool room temperature away from sunlight since then till now, will they likely crumble if I start wearing them out today? Thinking if I should sell them or stand the risk of putting them on my feet to see them crumble...

Containers are good but only thing is that they take up space and when you have a small space with a lot of shoes it’s hard 😢

Some of My shoes get dust on ‘em.
But no pet hair or stuff like that.
I got only 41 pairs worth $9.5K though.
My Collection isn’t that Crazy yet.
But I take care of ‘em the best I can.

I dont know if it helps but I put a small electric dehumidifier inside my shoe closet. It removes aprox 600cc of water every week , it was very cheap from amazon about 50 dollars.
