Thank you so much.
Been turning about 4 years and thought I knew how to use carbide. What a great vidio, you showed me there's more to using carbide than I ever thought.
Welcome to the channel Robert. Glad you enjoyed the video and found it helpful.
I have learnt more from watching this video as a new turner than I have in the last 3 years, as I have recently retired I will have to have some lessons. Keep up the good work, Glenn and Liza much appreciated I the time you spend doing these videos
Thank you so much for the feedback Steve. Most appreciated.
I'll second that.
@@redkite200 thanks Neil
Awesome video way to go Liza
Thanks Joe. Much appreciated. - Liza
Love your videos and have learned a lot from you. Bravo to Liza for her lidded box. She is a great videographer also. Love the banter between you both. You seem to be really having fun working together. Blessings and thank you both.
Thank you Pat. Very much appreciated. Yes, we love making the videos. This is us 24/7. All about having fun. Happy Easter. Happy turnings.
Lovely to see Lisa learning the trade.hope everyone is taking in the tips.just take your time with woodturning. It's not a race.
Thanks for the feedback Stephen.
That really is a fantastic video. I have learnt so much. I make my lids first. Then the bottoms, then the bottom is too wide so it is wasted and the lidded pot then becomes a tea light holder 🤣
So from now on it’s bottoms first and I like how you make the cut with the parting tool to show the width of the inside. Clever stuff. 🤓
You guys are the best on CZcams 👍🏻
Wow. Thank you so much Amelia. Really appreciate all your comments and feedback. Glad you are finding the videos helpful, so you can get the best out of your own pieces. Happy turning. Toodle pip for now.
Well done Liza, you did great. ❤ x
Thanks Theresa. I was really nervous.
@@glennteagleofukwoodcraftca5308 it didn't show, I bet Glenn was more nervous about his tools :)
@@theresaholmes2379 yeah he really loves his tools. I tend to use the Pen set more than the Standard Type 3 Chisel Set on the other lathe. Bigger lathe and bigger tools. Bit scary.
Well done Liza, I'm a novice too and I reckon you did an amazing job there - excellent. Glenn - you're my go-to mentor online. How I wish I lived in your neck of the woods for some one-to-one training. Great stuff guys. 👍
Thank you. I am lucky Neil. - Liza
