Oh yes they have bettered the pockets of NPP members,fans,sympathisers and pro NPP's because their people have enough money through galamsey,gold for oil,money for seat,agyapa deal and others.No sensible government will buy paint to paint all Basic schools whilst some pupils study under trees.Construct artificial turfs whilst the communities are hungry? After playing on the artificial turf,what do they go home to eat? If l were them,l would have construct a place to be used for funerals,social gatherings etc to generate income for the communities than that turf and to employ some people to get jobs to fend for their families.

@@kwabenaapeatu558 Long before free SHS was implemented parents were paying their ward fees from nursery to upper six and beyond.Even with the so called free SHS,parents have been spending between Ghc 3,000 to 4,000 on items listed on prospectus alone and you called that as free? Google the word FREE and see the meaning.
