Apex Legends Conduit first look! - Hry
Promotional trials are an interesting idea. My only concern is that they could be considerably harder for players who don't have a three stack.
That and whether or not they are appropriate to the rank move. I would prefer them to be very basic and mostly just ensure that people 100% ratting do not rank up.
Matchmaking is already a shit-show - adding promos (for no particular reason) is only going to make things worse for us solo Q players. Typical out of touch devs.
@@Benettor20true, I solo Q because I don’t have a team, but having these trials is straight B.S tbh if it’s going to be harder to achieve as you progress. I always get to D1 and Masters, but if it’s going to be hard to complete these challenges then tbh you’re just going to make casual players be hard stuck plat.
Only teams that are stacked are the teams they care about. Forget the solo guys... this game has fucked us for several seasons and only gets worse
Guys the stuff they've shown besides getting a win is all for individual skill anyway. All the challenges they shown shouldn't matter if your alone or not.
Idk how I feel about losing a spike on Catalyst. The rest all seemed generally fine
When it comes to the dive trails, I think they are going to start monetizing trails. You saw that unique valk dive trail. It sucks but I’m sure that’s what they are going to do. Might be a season or two though. They do that right after removing them and they’ll get a lot of backlash.

That’s exactly what there’s gonna do I wish we can come together as a community n not buy that crap so we can get dive trails back. Like why in the fuck are you taking away rewards when we are asking for more rank rewards!!!!

Do you get an indicator when you're dealing damage to Conduit's temporary shield? or do we just get the regular blue, purple etc. indicator?
Was kinda mad that catalyst was getting nerfed since shes my main but honestly they arent bad nerfs. Not being able to hide behind the spikes is understandable. And i rarely found myself using the 3rd trap anyways unless i was trying to either be extra secure with a small or large area. But in br modes and sometimes tdm and control modes im rarely staying in one area long enough to need that 3rd trap. Dont understand why her ult got nerfed bc i never found it all that powerful unless you were a movement god and could peak through it and get behind it really fast. Since usually people can track you pretty easily through the wall if they see were you poked through or if your a mad maggie then its far too easy. Wont stop me from playing her but will just make me have to be more conservative and think more about how i want to secure the area
She singlehandedly changed the meta. Probably still the best character after horizon even in this state, I'm really surprised hori didn't make patch notes tho.
@@not_Kaizo tbf I think she changed the meta towards a more fun and healthy state to be sure, even tho she is really strong, I DO NOT want to go back to a scan meta
@@Blueberry_Koi I agree, but she was just a little bit over the top. I still like her meta more than the Wattson camp meta that was years ago, but I want other defense characters to be as useful as her. Scan meta is awfully boring I don't want that back at all.

Damn it. One my favorite gun load outs will be in the crafter. Don't know if flat line /volt is tied with or above 301/volt. Volt/r-99 is my favorite.
That just means you can get it every game if you want to. That’s a good thing
If servers are better than this season for me personally, ill hit diamond before the last month of season 19, i shouldn't have to play against players with 150 ping advantage on top of packet loss

All these awesome changes like CROSS PROGRESSION, WINGMAN in care pack, Bang Nerf is great but when you look at the MAPS and the added ranked challenges, just makes all the awesome changes not worthy! They need to revert back to the old ranked system with KP. If Pubs are any sweatier than ranked than time for uninstallation, Apex has run its course and the developers are forcing us to move to better games which they are.
i assume that the promos are gonna be like the ones frome League, which if you fail twice sometimes thrice you get demoted a rank

Banga nerf is understandable, her smoke still too long after this nerf,passive nerf is not needed , also rolling thunder. her smoke itself is realy problem bcos not every1 have digi.
Smoke itself need only 3 second not need last so long

They're only bringing cross progression to get the people who went from console to PC who refused to buy anything more to buy things again. It's idiotic that they didn't do this sooner, the game is about to die and it's probably too late for this to save the game.

Bang didn’t need a nerf lol and her ult was already super mid. Once again catering to a certain group of people. The game will slowly draw people away from the game as the normal person spends money on a favorite legend then to just be nerfed due to (pro’s) crying. Bang is the perfect example of who’s being catered. I face bangs regularly and she’s not that difficult to manage against.

And now she’s a problem only because certain players made her more popular and now all of a sudden pros are complaining (she’s been the same). They have been making changes basically for pros now and not the majority of the actual people that play. Like her smoke blinds her also that’s why attachments are meaningful. And her ult is so easy to avoid.

Bang getting a nerf is a major loss.
hard agree, she is well known as a balanced charcater. Despite all the other legends, she is one if not the only legend that someone can truly say is balanced. I don't know what the devs were thinking, but maximum smoke time is a must, the stuns are great for finishing off enemies, and the double time is way too useful when attacking/running away. decreasing the time of these is a major L. I atleast hope they have enough sense to decrease the time for smoke recharge if their gonna decrease the smoke time.

Sooooooo the only thing of value and incentive to play ranked has been completely removed. No dive trails. Ok then. Guess I'll be just be playing regular this season. As nobody gives a crap about banner frames. 🤦 Boy they are out of touch with the player wants.
I think, they stared to run out of ideas. Think about it. Banners make more sense. Im sure people cant still use old ones

i dont see a diff in pubs . im a casual players who generally plays on the weekends (yes i have a life) my kd is around.75 and i constantly get preds , pro players and cheaters like 9 times out of 10 matches

Cool nerf for bang that wasn’t needed at all 🙃. Ult could have been fine nerfed. But the passive and smokes? Might not be big changes but when every single thing about her gets nerfed she will be much worse than “she shouldn’t see much of a change”

They should just rework and reclass all the controller legends more offensive abilities or support because respawn clearly doesn’t want them to do the one thing they are designed to do correctly by always nerfing them. Just get rid of the class altogether.

Promotion trials has a huge flaw. If your closing to making it to trials promo and lets say you win the game and gain 300+ LP. If you only need 10LP to make it to promo trials you lose all the points you would have gained because you cannot pass until you complete the requirements. This means you get no benifit for doing very good and the points are loss.
