I'm not a swimmer but I can relate to that. I used to do cardio by swimming after weight training but then I start to realize I was losing muscle mass no matter how much I ate so I actually had to just stop and switch to running or incline walk. The amount of calories you burn while swimming ain't no joke, let alone being on an Olympic level.

I remember a story that my uncle told me, where my cousin would bring her friend over who was a swimmer, and the first thing she would do was go to the kitchen and start shoveling food into her mouth.

Yea I remember coming from swim practice and just eat like 2 meals in 30 mins, being a swimmer is really hard but many people respect it because many aren’t born with the talent.

The problems with eating red meat (for me at least):
-It's too brutal to eat it in the morning.
-In the morning, we can't eat red meat before a morning practice because it's too hard to digest.
-in the afternoon it's also too hard to digest and it'll make us feel really bad in the afternoon practice.
-in the evening it's too hard to digest so it's not really good to eat it before sleeping.

I thought this was going to be a parody of him eating what ever he wants... I swam in highschool and I ate what ever I could get my hands on and I'd still lose 15lbs throughout the season.
