IMHO, the saddest aspect of the Invictus Games is that a program that at its core was the wounded veterans who served their country has now become all about the Sussex Duo. If Harry was really passionate about Invictus he would do whatever he needed to do to make it successful and beneficial for Invictus and injured veterans - use his own funds for his personal expenses and jettison his wife. Without this, his behavior proves that he is "passionate" only about his ego and profit.
