My skin got much better and younger when I began eating smoked salmon for breakfast most days! At 72, my hair got dark again.
I feel much younger, fitter my skin looks clearer and healthier and medically don’t need glasses for driving anymore, my eyes are hazel but have become a lighter colour. I have just turned 80, but people including my doctor think I look between 55 and 60 years old.
I don’t eat red meat, only very little chicken but plenty of vegetables, nuts and fruit. Drink plenty of water. I meditate, do deep breathing exercises, walk unaided and rest daily when I need to.
I've tried for years to lose weight stuck at 230lbs. Since I recently had an amazing spiritual awakening I'm down to 219. My energy is high as well.
I didn't gain or lose.my skin and hair same. My eyes not pink

Weight loss without doing anything special, also my hair has never looked better and evengoing back to its original color. Im almost 67 and very little grey. My hair is white. My mother's hair turned white by the time she was in her 40's. My gray started in my teens at the top of my head. I used to joke it was my halo. In my case, I think genes are the main reason for my premature gray. Though I believe I have wisdom too.

I woke up one morning and didn't want any.
At the beginning of my journey my drinking increased exponentially,almost died of alcohol poisoning.Still drinking but just in moderation to take the edge off. The Dr.s said there is no damage to my body or organs. Pretty much a miracle

My eyes have changed about 50 years ago from being dark brown to hazel and some time they seem to glow in a green translucent color. I had a Korean martial arts teacher that thought us that we have more capacity to work with energy than we are let to believe. I have been introduced to Kria Yoga at the age of 10, and I am still practicing that technique only not as intense as at one time. I am now 82 years old. I also feel all the changes you mentioned in my body plus some that no one ever mentioned in any books. We are all evolving to a higher energy expression that is matching the 5th Dimension or higher, therefore we have to be willing to change our ways of thinking to match the incoming energies! Namaste.

I am so bloated and sensed God saying when I’m totally free all this weight gain will just go. I saw myself in a vision more than once where my skin was milk white, not a spot or wrinkle indicating the purity that Jesus brought forth in me.
People have been literally wowed by me eyes and commented on them. I was taken a back and gave glory to my Lord Jesus because it is His light and brightness that is shining through. And this was happening when God was releasing me more from trauma.

Am 63 now and started to loose weight at the beginning of 2019, lost 8 kg without changing my diet and can't get not even a 1 kilo on again. My digestion is working overhours. Am tired but also very active. And my eyes are brighter than before. But most important of all, I changed inside, becoming all the time more sensitive, compassionate, grateful and happy❤

I lost 40 pounds very rapidly toward the end of last year, and I have maintained my new weight without trying. The doctor tested me for everything and everything was fine, so I figured that’s what it was. I have also joined a church which I hadn’t done for many many years and I love it. If I get upset about something, I have an inner voice that suggests that I look at the situation in a kinder way and I do. I get weepy very easily at times when thinking about Jesus/God, and I’m being baptized tomorrow. I went through my spiritual awakening at eleven, approximately 66 years ago and this has been a journey. Through my high school years, which was a continuation of great health at around 175-180lbs I have experienced rather short periods of moderate fluctuations in my weight. I went up to a max of 205lbs while windsurfing 4-6hrs, 4-6 days, every week for 12 years while living mere steps away from the ocean. I started traveling internationally as a musician and performer and I slowly lost that weight to an average of 175lbs. Many people perceived my age to be from mid-40s to early 60s. I feel that my physical appearance has been constantly affected by that distant spiritual awakening.
I was just noticing in the mirror earlier today, the outsides of my Brown Eyes were lightening in Color... Like Amber. 🤯

I have literally felt the feeling of an electric energy force of sorts. I have no rational explanation for what I was feeling. It surrounded my entire body. The volts lasted for about 60 seconds if i were to guess. I was walking through our small town main street when I started to feel the electric pulse all over me. From head to toe. I remained calm & kept walking. I spoke internally to the universe with my thoughts as it was happening. I was excited by it without knowing what it was. But the picture on display at the beginning of this video is how I felt. Only all over, as opposed to just around the body as displayed. I have been thin all my life. But now I've gain some weight. I have been homeless for the last five years. I have been going through a spiritual awakening for the last five years as well. My shoe size went from size 7 to 8 1/2 all of a sudden. I don't know what part of my past is real because of what has been revealed to me 5 years ago. I am homeless too though I currently have a place to stay. I joined a gym for showers etc and ended becoming more fit and now do yoga, cardio and swim almost daily. I have a community of friends and walk in the park daily too. So I'm healthy and happy and found home inside. I'd love to find one on Earth someday.

So somewhere along my spiritual journey, I had gained 70 lbs, which was quite the difference because I was 125 lbs for almost 20 years. So 195 was quite the noticeable difference. But one day after many struggles and challenges that I was going through, most not even going in my favor, I decided that I was the only one, along with God’s help and guidance of course, that could positively change my life. I made that acknowledgment then made steps needed to make the appropriate changes. Immediately, the weight started coming off without anything physically different on my part such as exercise or even eating habits. I also remember I decided to go back to church as it was a welcoming place I felt comfortable praying in. At one mass, tears just started flowing profusely down my face as so much started making sense and it was at that moment also that I was completely humbled as I realized the depth and importance of taking communion at church and what was exactly happening during the consecration (which is the part of the Catholic mass where the priest is reading from the Bible about the last supper and praying, asking God to change the bread and wine into the body and blood of Jesus Christ). Needless to say, that was definitely one of my personal spiritual gifts. Since then, I’ve had many struggles and challenges as most of us do, in order to give us a profound insight and sense of wisdom that is unmatched compared with the average person. One of the things that happened to me and this was the first thing after that church experience was that I had a seizure, fell, and hit my head so hard on the sidewalk that I fractured my skull and had internal bleeding on my brain. The ER doctor thought I was going to die, so as in my medical records, it stated I was Catholic, so she called in a priest to give me my last rites. But it wasn’t my time to go, as I was then lifeflighted to another more equipped hospital where I made a complete recovery and went home 9 days later. I was blessed with another chance at life. Shortly after, I met a guy and we fell in love, and I got pregnant with twins at 36 years old. They were born full term and healthy despite being hospitalized 4 different times throughout my pregnancy and being told twice that I was going to die because of some complications. My son and daughter are the most beautiful and amazing gifts and blessings I believe I have ever received and I would have gladly given my life for theirs if it had came down to it. (I still would today). They are 10 years old now. Their father turned out to not be a very good person, as he was physically abusive and still remains mentally and emotionally abusive even though we try to maintain our distance. But the day I got home from the hospital I had Dhs at my door and as it turned out, their father had a very jealous aunt and cousin who wanted my twins in the worst way. I had nothing but false reports made on me and then one night after a get together there was a strange man who wouldn’t leave me alone and he offered me a drink which turned out to be laced with something but none the less, I made it back to my room and luckily I had my cell phone with me and called their dad who was worried about me. Anyway, that aunt showed up at my house after calling the police and making yet another false report saying I was selling drugs. When they showed up, they called for an ambulance to which the aunt then lied again and said I tried killing myself by taking a full bottle of medication. She completely threw them off of what had really happened and come to find out, she tried having me killed. And yet she claimed to be a Christian. She got temporary custody of the babies and after a few months of hard work doing everything to prove that she was a complete liar, we went to court and the judge ordered my babies to be returned to me immediately. Even after that, she and their father continued to make false reports on me which only helped me in the long run because they helped me see that their dad was selfishly evil as well and never wanted what was best for me or our kids, he just wanted to destroy my life. But he can’t. I have God on my side for sure and have always remained grateful and humbled for the blessings he continues to give me and my children. He has protected us from so much worldly harm and evil that I have finally realized within the last 2 years that I am a chosen one and have so many of the things happen to me that to me, it’s undeniable. And this video reminds me that I have actually been looking a lot younger lately, any wrinkles have completely softened, my skin is clearer than it’s ever been and my kids tell me constantly that my eyes turn from blue to green when I’m in certain moods. Or that they’re green when I know I’ve always had blue eyes. My sense of perception and intuition has dramatically improved and I have also realized within the last 5-6 years that I’m also an empath, which has also finally helped me to make sense of why for so long, since I was a child, I could never explain my feelings because I didn’t know what my feelings actually were as I was absorbing everyone else’s. So I have been able to work on that and identify my feelings if I’m taking on someone else’s. All I can say that I’m a complete different person today than I was 5, 10, even 30 years ago. I am someone who is grateful for everything both positive and negative things and experiences and I’m no longer miserable and depressed like I was 16 years ago and I somehow maintain a very optimistic and positive attitude. For I know that I can not only help or inspire others, but I know just how important it is for me to continue living in happiness and love in continuing my spiritual journey here on earth and living out my life’s true purpose and meaning.

I have experienced all of those changes including skin constantly shedding now my photographs I look like an x-ray or my arms or legs go invisible only half my face comes out I sparkle in the sunlight first it was silver and gold then it was pastels now I sparkle everywhere all the time day or night don't need the sun. And I glow in the dark depending on the energy around and how I feel one day I'm purple one day I'm blue one day I'm pink when I exhale my hot breath in the cold winter air it changes colors so far blue green and mustard have been the three colors I have exiled and when I blow raspberries they come out like little fireworks sparkles and then they hit the ground they explode and the cats go crazy and I can also transmute energy I can reanimate dead leaves that flowers catnip breadcrumbs dust or animate I don't know the terminology and I can make a winter storm the snowflakes look pink green blue yellow I could give the appearance of even if I'm not actually changing the colors but it's all on video and the snowflakes are not white all of this profoundly kicking in since 2015. But I've had these gifts since I was about three they just keep multiplying exponentially along with my awareness...after a NDE or 3 and severe trauma childhood PTSD medical PTSD .I'm adopted..always had prophetic dreams I still do n now past almost 10 years I've dreamed of the apocalypse off n on as well as dystopian future n how it all comes to be.. praise God I haven't seen that for a good while now. Omg, i am 56 yo and easily lost alot of recently ( which is unusual but i was naturally thin when i was young). Nowmy skin glows because my appetite for animal products has ceased. I look like i did in my 20s before my traumatic marriage in my late 20s that caused me serious physical illness untreatable medically and permanent). I can't believe how my body is healing, trusting my body to look after me. I can't explain it. A week ago I thought to myself how much more youthful I look than my friends of the same age. Especially lately. I've also noticed that everything tastes slightly "carbonated" lately. Like my taste sense is waking up. Things smell amazing. I spent over an hour watching ants. And I keep noticing when I'm slouching and I've been sitting up straight. And I moved all my furniture so I can dance to tribal drum rhythms for a little while every morning, and whenever I feel like moving my body.

Ive been Spiritual all my life and been doing Kundalini Meditation & Grounding myself the last few years. Also have been eating healthy foods and beverages and lost alot of weight. Anyone else? 🤔
When I was around 60 my eye color went from brown to green and gold. Fearing cataracts I consulted an eye doctor but thankfully, I did not have cataracts. But now at 78 I have been facing several health issues, especially a lack of balance and tendency to lean forward while walking because I often feel like I am falling backwards. This video reminds me that attending guided Yoga classes might be a gentle way of gaining greater balance and perhaps more energy -- I have more "work" to do on the planet and I'm seeking wellness in order to be capable of doing it.
It's not uncommon to experience balance issues as we age (especially after the age of 60). Commonly, it's due to inner ear issues (like trapped wax crystals in inner ear canal) or vision related concerns. There are affortable OTC remedies available to resolve ear wax. However, please speak with a pharmacist or seek professional medical care first to better protect your ears/eyes. Fat gain happened with me and I have read that fat holds a higher vibration. Lots of spinal adjustments too, and pain that comes and goes. We are impacted in so many ways. ❤

I def noticed this stand up right and walk tall, my face has changed the past few years after a long draining relationship, my facial features changed my body has. Definitely more intentional and love dancing and yoga and being in nature 🤗

When I go through a spiritual awakening I either lose weight or I gain weight, I eat once a day, I pray I fast I meditate. My skin glows, I appear to look younger, energetic light on feet. In tune with numbers and scripture. Improved posture I heal well after surgery for right knee and right shoulder. My kidney function was stable without dialysis or medication God healed me. I struggled with mental illness and my mental health has improved significantly thank you Lord for a new beginning.

I had a medical er & went into a 3 day coma, I had to learn to re walk. I found out I was allergic to gluten & dairy here in the US and in 2020 I stopped eating any of it. I dropped 95lbs without trying but at 54 the weight loss , i feel has made me appear a bit older. I am noticing lots of changes . Im truly trying not to be so focused on my presentation versus being clean and natural in my 50's ! Its all beautuful. ❤

In addition to the three, my back pain went away, having a craving for water like ever before. Stomach gets full from way less food, probably a direct result of the water consumption. My energy level is high, I’m 43 and looking younger 🙌🏾
I've become calmer... My faith in it's going to work out okay gives me peace.
Most of this year I have had problems with my eyes, they are worse than before, every morning I have what I call water bags on the eyelids it eventually disappears during the day, the other thing that’s happening is I now have double vision which is very annoying I have difficulty in getting up or down stairs not knowing if I step on air or step apart from that I have fire hot pain playing football around my body, however life goes on ❤

My friends comment on my eyes looking more green. I was dark brown as a child then as the years rolled on they lightened up. But the green is more vivid now in the last year.
I had just found someone that made me feel things I didn't know possible. Explosive emotion and crazy connection. I know she doesn't beleive and isn't open to the things happening. Willful ingnorance. I miss her so much. We had to part ways, because I expressed that her words very rarely match her actions. I know what i know, as sure as i know the sun is rising in a few moments... it doesn't stop the pain of missing her.
I have noticed an awareness that it is only the ego..the false self..that dies, the body can live indefinitely
I have experienced many of these changes
In addition: I cannot eat, digest things anymore that are the normal food to most people. Like bread, pizza, noddles, highly processed food... I got very ill all out of sudden, my stomach was constantly inflamed and I needed medication people get prescribed when having a chemotherapy. To be able to get rid of these medication I needed to adjust my diet.
I have experienced and are still experiencing all the changes you mentioned in the video.

Yes, för a while back ago the day of my super awakening, I was feeling so much energy, it was overwhelming, I thought that my soul was living my body, I when to a healers, she feel alot and she didn't help me, after that, my physical body, my hair, my eyes, people also say that when I pass by I smell like flowers, my hair change the color in the sun, and you can se rainbow in it, my skin like a rainbow, I lost weight, my eye bright and big, people can't see me anymore my eyes, they blink, to much ligth, babies see my energy they smile at me, they follow me were i go, the parents don't understand how the kids react, sometimes they said, look the baby is smiling at her, the list continues.
My eyes are lighter. They are brown but are lighter and my skin looks nice, a glow of sorts along with my hair and nail’s being healthy.
