4 years later.. Thank you so much!!! This has been so very helpful! Thank you :)
The only problem I am having now is how to scale the whole rig.

Thank you so much. You have no idea how grateful beginners like me are that tutorials like these are to follow. You go at a steady pace that's easy to understand, when not many people who do tutorials try to do. Great vid!

Thanks man!!!! very useful! btw i gotta tell you that you can rename multiply objects in the main menu theres a line called "menu of input line operations" press it and coose "rename" then in the outliner choose all the objects you want to give a name and a number. then in the rename line type the name you want and a "_" and press enter and it will rename all objects. like X_1 X_2 and etc. hope i was clear :) thanks again for the tutorial!

Thanks for the tuto, there is one thing is faster in my way, when you center the ctrls curves to the cluster, is better select the clusters go to menú display , transform display and hit local rotate axes. now you can see Little points inside the clusters to atach the curves to them with the tool aling to point.

Hi, I'm new in animation and I'm studying Maya in a couple of weeks now. Do you have a tutorial in setting a range of rotation angle or movement, so it won't get stretch or overlap to a face when I bend it or fold it. Thanks...

    Hey Mihai,
Look for the stretchy-joint-chain script at Creativecrash.
Its a nice script that adds stretchiness to the IK handle.
    Cheers!
