I know. It would have gone well if they got together around 1976. The problem was Clapton's drug and drinking problems. George Loved him but always kept him at arm's length. Yes, they would have been great, but then the Wilbury's would have never existed.
I don’t get what is causing the song to sound like it has so much background noise or something. I like it. I just don’t understand if it’s an instrument or echo or what.
This was a remastered copy I believe recorded off an LP. But this song did have a hazy sound that the last remastered did not show and did when the album came out in 1970. So it is part of the song
The best solo Beatle album! By George!
Clapton and Harrison should have formed a group. They would have been one of the best of the 70's.

@@raytheglass I agree with all you have said here. I love Eric's playing on the "Cloud Nine" album too.
They did manage to play together in Japan and that's a pretty good album too
@@fretworker66 Yes! They were so great together.
He would have made a great traveling wilbury
Beautiful Bob Dylan song, w/Eric on guitar.
Yes. Written at Dylans home in Woodstock in NY sometime in the early 70's. Although I gave it this meaning. ✌️ ☮️

Amanda Huginkiss- Phil Spectors wall of sound!
I finally figure it out. It is an acoustic playing light rhythm that has lots of reverb. No echo.
