Pin needs a good laugh once in a while from the stress at learners in other videos. But Chidera is a funny light hearted guy with a good attitude so hoping he'll pass too once he corrects his mistakes!!

As far as serious faults go, his weren't that bad. He seems like a great guy who's aware of mistakes and isn't full of himself, best of luck to him on his test, I'm sure he'll smash it

Well done on passing your test
He knew that he had failed and he acknowledged his mistakes, so now he knows the areas to work on to improve.
Overall, apart from his errors, in my opinion, his driving is quite good as he stated he had only had 16 hours worth of lessons.
I had 2 hours worth of lessons, do you need a certain amount of hours in the uk?

@@fortnitetrashcan8308 you can do however many hours you want so if you only want to do 2 hours and then take the test then you can but you might not be ready for test with only 2 hours

Even though I'm in the USA, I'm using the UK lessons because they are more strict. If I can learn from the strict tests it should probably make me over prepared for the USA test. Being over prepared is better than being under prepared.

Been driving in the UK for 3 months now and I’ve realised that people don’t give enough safe following distance, you’d have a car behind you at the traffic lights and the only thing you see is the wind shield of the car behind you

I always had lot's of fun with my instructor. If I knew I did bad I would laugh as well. I think it's okay to laugh if your student laughs as well.

Please don’t be to hard on yourself concerning cracking a smile and a giggle, i think it helps both yourself and the pupil to just take the edge off of any neves you may have at the time.
Oh your poor alloy wheels first time is painful but to scrape a second time I think I would be in tears.
Overall a great attempt with a smile along the way .

I know this sounds weird after 9 serious faults, but I don’t think his driving was too bad overall. Just those few things to work on and he’ll be test ready. Think he said he has 2 months so that’s plenty of time for him!
Deffo not sure about the serious fault at the stop sign at the end, he come to a stop observed the road was clear and he pulled out am I missing something?
@@takenotice5677 he needed to fully stop again before emerging out. This was drilled into me by my instructor as it's SO easy to fail on!
@@rearviewmirror21 it looked like he came to a stop though.. I mean my instructor says the same about full stop.. unless I missed something
@@takenotice5677 He stopped short of the line, as was explained in the video. That meant he had to, again, stop at the junction (marked by the line) before entering it.
The right side was obstructed so he needed to creep forward, stop and look both sides again before pulling out. He stopped too early.
I hope that he is ready for his test soon, he almost has it but there's some fine tuning that needs to be done. so good luck to him!

I’ve just passed my first attempt driving test at Redhill today in just 4 lessons, I kept my head down watching all of the videos while Recovering from surgery for 5 weeks and I’m just so damn happy I’ve finally passed.

I have done around 20 lessons and I passed first time yesterday the test is a lot easier than it looks.Thankyou for all your videos they helped lots also tip for the driving test imagine your a taxi driver and whoever is next to you is just a passenger
That's a great way of helping distract yourself when having lessons & final practical exam. I'll bare that in mind 😜 with my next lesson. 👍🏾

I had my first driving test with 2 instructors in the car. I was unlucky enough to have the driving instructor be taking his instructors test at the same time. Needless to say he was extra harsh and I failed by 1 minor fault. I felt the second test I was worse but passed anyway.
He has such a lovely smile. Bless him...even I was scared and I wasn't even in the car.

The reverse parking here is a good example of "perfect is the enemy of good" in my mind.. it was fine enough for daily use after the initial reversing.. and trying to perfect it led to so many curb scrapes..

Passed mine in 2019, examiner was pleased, he said he really enjoyed the ride. Thanks to DGN. 2022 and I'm still watching because sometimes I have a good laugh at myself like Chidera. Parallel parking can be a demon. This was good😂😂
If more driving instructors / examiners had a sense of humour and could have a laugh like this guy whilst still being professional a lot more learners would be at ease even if they fail …
I remember my test years ago the examiner was an uptight snotty snob with a severe level of arrogance they literally grunted with a constant screw face throughout the test … all I got after the test was you’ve passed … done what they do & got out the car and left me hanging lol 😂!!

I feel like the instructor matters so much, I was lucky with mine, he was really nice and I basically had a conversation as I was driving through easier areas. One of the ones at the same centre that I was glad not to get managed to make a girl cry because he was so harsh, and she had actually passed.

Definitely look at getting some alloygators fitted, they protect the alloys and stops them scratching if you hit a curb, they come in loads of different colours, I have some on my car they are a lifesaver 😊

@@windroid_user I did it up where I live, my instructor was poorly for 3 days I only did Tuesday Wednesday Thursday of driving, i had the choice to reschedule or still try the remaining days so I did 6 am to 5 pm for 3 days. Passed with 2 minors. I think it's down to the learner how quick u pick it up I had no lessons b4 this just 3 days driving then test. 1300 it cost me

I definitely agree with you, someone can have the "best" instructor but it still comes down to how quickly the learner.. Learns essentially.

Hope this guy passes! He literally knew where he went wrong every time. What a fun loving guy!
First off, he is not a terrible driver but he certainly has work to do before his test. I quite like his happy go lucky attitude but I would be concerned that that might not help him pass his test. The reverse park was fairly painful and once you hear the alloys scrape off the kerb you really can't unhear that sound. His lack of anticipation of what is going on ahead also has much room for improvement. The way he pulled up behind that car that was clearly going to reverse park. That is one of my pet hates on the road because more people than not actually do that. They either pull right up behind or attempt to go around when I try to begin my reverse park. I did have to laugh though when he said "what are you doing love" when that one pedestrian was going to step out. To be fair, she should not be stepping out there as she doesn't have the light but he as a driver needs to react appropriately just in case she does step out which he didn't do. The way he also selected too high of a gear and was encouraging the engine to work hard was just hilarious.
