Brennen, at the very least read up on laws in regards to service dogs, and what one does. And what is allowed to bring. If that restaurant has a no pet policy they should have asked you the two questions, allowed by law, and denied entry.
Your little pooch most likely did not have the training a dog has to do to assist someone. Many service dogs have been attacked by "so called service animals" . At the very least get distracted.
How would you feel if , lets say your mom had a service dog for a heart condition. Spend $15,000 - $30,000 for a medical allert dog. Then someone brings their pet in with a vest (laughing like you did for feeling smart having bought a vest to get it in). And now such pet attacks your moms very expensive service dog. Or at the very least distracts it. Now the service animal is not able to allert your precious mom from her drop of heart rate, giving her time to sit down. But no, now she faints, hurting herself in the process. While someone is feeling smart having misused the system.
And the rest in your party is guilty of it all for not having stopped you. If any of my two boys (both adults) would have tried to pull that stunt, I'm not sure what would happened. At the very least I would not have joint them.

I love Brennan and I’m a huge supporter but saying a dog is a service dog and they are not is not something to joke about. There are people, like me who have a hard time getting service dogs into places because too often people lie about having a service dog.

Dressing is never cooked on the inside of the turkey down south, they don't cook at the same pace and has a tendency to absorb the turkey's moisture and it gets soggy.
If it's not a real trained service dog leave your mutt at home.

It also endangers the real service dogs. There have been cases of service dogs getting attacked by other dogs, but at the very least can get distracted from doing their task. Especially medical alert dogs don't need that distraction.

Stuffing is dressing stuffed inside the turkey as it cooks. Dressing is the same stuff but without the drippings of the turkey. Very similar

The food looked similar to Cracker Barrel but at a better location and cost less money. Yah in the south chicken fried steak is always a thunk cut cheap steak that was run over with this tool that kinda cuts the top few layers and grids it at the same time. So it truly is still a solid cut of cheap steak, but just sliced up in the top layers before frying.
country fried steak is a flank steak that is pounded to make it tender to cook ..i think ..could be wrong

It's usually a very cheap tough cut of steak. (Flank is actually good if cooked right and cut across the grain)They use a tool to run across the top layers of the tough steak, to break up the tough meat fibers (which kinda makes it look like hamburger and often makes a grid pattern). It's a great way to help make tough cuts of meat edible. ❤ Some people will then just cook it up with butter and onions and others will bread it and fry it like fried chicken. Giving the meal its name. ❤

@@karkar7862 Right..a cheap cut of meat (top or bottom round) that has been tenderize and run over (which makes it into a cube steak). "Chicken fried" is a way of cooking. So its just a crappy cut of meat turned into a cube steak and then cooked "chicken fried" method.

Dressing vs stuffing: dressing in the south is made is a separate pan usually with veggies, broth, seasoning, butter, and love baked at 350 till done.
Stuffing is usually put inside of the turkey while being baked. I personally have never seen a turkey stuffed with anything other than vegetables, butter, and seasonings.
We call it stuffing but don't stuff the turkey 🤣 in upper Midwest. I have had stuffing from a turkey like once, it was wild, not too shabby. But my family does either boxed, or our grandma's recipe not in the turkey 😆
stuffing from where im from also is the same as the dressing you call it but added with stale bread or if kind of croutons if you want to call it
I live in RI. My folks always stuffed the turkey with stuffing.
I haven't seen baked catfish before. Trout, yes. Catfish is usually fried (and delicious). Love this video!

Cube steak is a steak that has been tenderized with a mallet. Most people buy them already tenderized. We always called it Chicken Fried Steak.😊

I need y’all to get it together country fried steak isn’t like ny strip it’s cheap cut of meat super tenderized then deep fried. So yeah being similar to ground beef is pretty spot on. Dressing and stuffing are made differently from what I understand there is an actual difference in the dish aside from the name.
