Einstein: No one can beat me at the mad genuis look...
Palantir CEO: hold my beer......
Lol
😂😂😂
I wish there were more outspoken critical thinkers like Palatir’s CEO who are able to have a debate about complex issues and not just voice their own biased opinion.
Truth!!!!
Everything he said IS his biased opinion lol
Totally, silicon valley is a America loathing liberal monoculture which excerpts way too much cultural power.
Guy is a psychopath -- thick much?
Billionaires can do their hair as they see fit. Life goals.
I can only imagine the makeup people backstage, offering to do his hair and getting weird looks.
This guy is a genius. Im very proud to hold and continuously buy this companies stock.
how's that working for ye?
@Karka Snatschka pretty good because I've successfully swing traded palantir around that time fir profits then come to the realization. These types of stocks are no longer good for holding
Who is here because Cathie Wood just bought a boatload of them?
totally why I'm here!
This guy reminds me of Steve Jobs.
Dries Analog Jobs? The show pony that couldn't code?
@@jrgb9945 Yeah they're the best businessmen not engineers like Zuckerberg or Gates
Except Alex karp is far more intelligent
Why do I get super villain vibes from this guy maybe its the hair or the AI.
Study his work and background. He's more like Tony Stark.
@@LoanwordEggcorn
by tony stark you mean he inherit cash from his grandfather then invest in small companies and stocks. This guy dont create he pay people to work for him then claim credits to himself.
I think Jeff Bezos will complete his transformation to Lex Luthor after he assassinates Elon Musk
@@dagmeistr To be a bit more clear, I was referring to Mr. Carp generally trying to do the right thing. Palantir isn't using a lot of AI, and Artificial General Intelligence may not be possible, due to the laws of physics, particularly entropy.
This is the tenth palantir video ive watched about what it is and i still have no idea but will buy it
Buy the dip yo
Kinda reminds me of the creator in ready player one.
I love his mild sarcasm; his metajokes always seem to go over the heads of his interviewers.
It wasn't Google who backed off maven it was the engineering staff. They have that right. And it's understandable.
Good to see James Donovan Halliday well on his way to creating OASIS
Making very tough decisions on meaningful issues requires a ton of sacrifice. Kudos to this man for defending his views
I love this guy!
good mindset and understanding!!!
After watching POI, I am ethically interested in this company. A good ASI is necessary.
It’s just a personal opinion on Google ...
I like listening to him!
He is ahead of his time...
Great interview, on Alex's part
I would want to refrain to ask but, Alex's coffee seed a bit strong that morning or just annoyed 🤷♂️
Smart and articulate.
Motion City Soundtrack
Also, when are you going to rejoin Simon and Garfunkle?
Interesting guy
I really hope somebody other than google gets to AGI first
AGI may be impossible due to laws of physics such as entropy.
For Alex Karp the gouvernement serve more our interests as humans being than google and amazon in thermes he doesn't want to see powers changing hands. Does i'm correct ?
You are correct. The government's goal is to protect the constitution and we all have as say on how to change legislature (via elections). A private company's goal is to protect profits, where only a small subset of the population has a say (e.g. investors and executives). Who would you rather have more power over us?
@00:54, eight years to go till 2030, in which PLTR could make big moves. Hold..interview was in 2020
reminds me of back to the future ...that geek granpa
What government security clearance level would Alex have?
Q.

Rev Up “Q” govt level clearance has nothing nothing to do with “the plan”. Where do you think they stole it from? Yes, it was a thing, long before “the plan”. All “Q” used to mean, was the top level of security clearance. Why do you think that conspiracy resonates so well with a certain type of person?
@@jnnx agree 100%, I never followed the Q stuff but I imagine Alex would know about all the good psyops vs real corruption.
I like this palantir ceo.
His curley hair tho, my puppy has the same hair style as him lol
Your puppy must be a genius.
Love Alex!
Alex needs to get that f light switch at home sorted ..!
Hey this is the dude who wrote the Peter Thiel book who won’t stop popping up in my mentions.
Basically the only hope for the future.
Taika Waititi also serves as CEO of Palantir?
Interesting hair style.
I agree. Same with Steven Pinker.
He copied Steven Pinker.
It's a sign of genius like Einstein and Dr poliakov from nottingham university.
it's 100% on purpose
What do you think his purpose is?
Must be genius with that hair
someone make a movie about this man right now! (The Bourne Identity)
Pointing out some ways our elected representatives have so miserably failed. Hopefully that will change.
PALANTIR TO THE MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unlike other large companies that are only for personal gain,
pltr ceo feels that it is for the benefit of the public, and it is
very ethical. I will buy its stock to show support
Now the stock will show you support!!! Go100usd
James Holliday?
whats up with the SPAR shirt?
These guys were ahead of the curve as far as not getting haircuts because of lockdown goes😅
Blair George funny because this was taken literally a year ago 🤪
what made me invest on palantir stock is ceo's hair cut :D so undervalued
More like PalantHAIR.
🤣🤣🤣

It's interesting how the world is coping with POWER versus ETHICS .. power will ultimately move to the back and ethics the front of consciousness - else we will probably large fail as a human race.

wish to work at palantir africa
I like the way this guy (Palantir CEO Karp ) thinks because he is able to touch on many aspects on a subject compared to imbecilic thoughts by many politicians.
And that’s why you don’t create things that are harmful....period. It CAN be used against you
yes I have more on Google I use online
This guy reminds me of Ready Player One 😂
James Holliday
Same!
Halliday
This is the first time I've heard the CEO of Palantir speak and I am really impressed from an ethical standpoint the he suggested these surveillance topics be discussed and debated in the larger public audience so people are informed and have a better understanding of the necessity for Pre-Crime software 💽

Feel like I should invest on principle in this company when they IPO!!!!
I'm going to invest. He also said he's going to let the market decide the price and if insiders want to sell there's no holding period. They can do so on day one if they wish. Impressive company impressive democracy and true free market capitalism... no wonder Silicon Valley hates them they actually support everything they pretend to
Did you?
@@peter.g6 yes I did during the IPO and investing heavily during this drop, when market recovers the performance of PLTR will write the story of my investment success or failure during this crash!!!
@@sitarang07 I did some small investment yesterday, after I only looked at this company this week. I'm ignoring the stock price along the way, but I'll stay tuned for any news about the company. I believe it's time will come.
@@peter.g6 good luck, follow your research, conviction and comfort level, we each have our own way of building position for good or for bad, I still treat PLTR like a spec stock, well I treat TSLA the same way, because both stocks are priced for future growth!!!
Alex is too intelligent to be interviewed by this guy. You can tell he's frustrated by how surface level these questions are.
Alex is the smartest
i love this guy my investment is safe
I like this person
I was waiting for Curly and Moe to come in.
The more he talks, the more sense he makes.
Ahead of time, pretty much said what happened during past elections with big tech...
Spielberg couldn’t have picked a better James Halliday...
God bless Palantir and the work they are doing. Working behind the scenes to increase peace and help our special operators and agents who risk all.
I hope GAFA doesn’t get a hold of this and abuse it to target market us and make billions on people who have no clue what is going on.
You pays Palantir, you win election... Beautifull "democracy"
Maybe you should listen to the end.
Companies that are profit first , America 🇺🇸 second .... Facebook, Twitter, Google, zoom, Boeing. Palantir is a patriot company (America first)
Well, Alex... still wondering how to become creative, right? Bah, don't worry. Some apples are just to high for some of us.
Palantir is McKinsey of software
So the reporter interviews someone 10000x smarter than he will ever be and all you can hear the reporter saying are words like “uhMmm uhmmmm uHhhhm” on repeat. Smh. Even his follow up questions indicate he can’t even comprehend anything coming out of the interviewees mouth. Lol I guess having solid connections helped him get the job there
I like the mission but ass a stock holder I'm pulling my money
Ever see the movie Eagle Eye 👁 🤣
The next Einstein 😁🤑

PLTR to infinity and beyond!!!!
Pandora box opened ...
Go PLTR! Buyyyyyyy
This interview could have been so much better. What a wasted opportunity.

CosmicDamian Guys guys, both true, but it's a process. Still in the midst of firing and hiring I feel
@CosmicDamian Truth be told, The only reason the US government can't control themselves is because of the AMERICAN PEOPLE, I honestly don't care if you don't appreciate this point but the fact of the matter is, If the American People went out of their way to tell the US Government to Jump the US Government would ask "How High?", but because Americans have become unimaginably complacent in directing their legislators towards doing what they want the US Government ends up getting away with things that Americans don't like, and again that's BECAUSE OF THE POLITICAL LAZINESS OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
At the End of the day the Fault of Every Democratic Government falls onto the responsibility of the people. That means the blood that the US Government has spilt drips onto the hands of the American People. If Americans don't want the government to do this then come mid-term these people would be expunged, but Americans have chosen to Opt for Partisan Politics as opposed to Principles Americans Share with Each Other. And that is also our fault.
See pltr in 3 years, it will be 150
It’s less than $25 lol (I hold shares)

Fuck your negativity
10:00 "Im going to vote a candidate who is most concerned about economic and justice in this country and I could imagine that he/she would likely to be a Democrat" That statement didn't age well.
I think it was and will continue to be a great statement
“We should be regulated by the government” is a very convenient stance, when the government is their customer and won’t hamstring their information vendor. We need to speak up for privacy rights.
And who will legislate and enforce privacy laws? Government.
They use lots of Facebook data, mobile apps, and credit info. Nothing special, but legally allowed due to partnerships. Their tech is a bs like FB talents.
This is just wrong. Palantir has no data itself, just a software company
