$30 Drone! Can Cheap be Good??

- I picked up this cheap drone out of curiosity. I've never flown a drone before, but also, can cheap be good? Or do you get what you pay for? #rc #drone #cheap #rchobby #radiocontrol #budget #axles

For that being your first time ever flying a drone, that’s pretty damn good.
It's super simple to use, made me look better than I am.
@@superrocketRC I got one for my 11 year old son and I to play with (I'm 31 but a kid at heart still) but each time we even attempt to fly it in the apartment it ends up flying itself right into something within seconds of pushing "hover" it just hurling itself somewhere before I've even touched a joystick. It scares me😅
@aprilmilnes3583 Oh no lol. Mine won't stay perfectly still, but it doesn't take off on its own. I'll be a kid at heart for the rest of my like. My oldest has her own RC truck, and when my 2 little ones get older, they'll have one to, but they're really for me 😂

What is the size of propeller
$30 is a fair, reasonable price for these types of drones. If you want a decent drone with good video quality, range, stability, and gps you’ll have to shell out about $200. Don’t be fooled by the claims on the box at department stores! Their $100 drones are no better than this one, if not worse! They really give the whole drone industry a bad rap.
I'm happy with it, but admittedly, I have no experience with any other drone. I've been looking at a few others in the $200-$400 range. Thank you for the tip!
@@superrocketRC I would highly recommend the DJI Mini SE for cinematic flights, or the Happymodel Mobula 7 for FPV flights…though the price for goggles and a decent radio would add another $400 for the Mobula 7.

how do you connect it to your phone? mine just keeps connecting to me wifi and it won’t work
You have to select the drones network. It has its own network to connect to, and it will disconnect you from your wifi.
What is that beeping sound? Is it like a warning that you are flying to far away?
When you hit the stunt button, you have until the beeping stops to do the flip.
I just bought one and I said the same thing you did couldn’t hurt😂

Is there supposed to be a small wire on the bottom of the drone
Yes, it's supposed to be there.
Yes, I believe it’s an antenna.
How did you control it like that I make mine take off and it picks a direction and goes doesn’t matter if stick is in different direction
Mine likes to drift in one direction sometimes, but for the most part, it takes off and holds position pretty well. I don't know that I'm doing anything special.

Download the DRONE-UAV app. The rest of the setup instructions will be on there.
How do I open the thingy for charging
One the back of the drone on the bottom side, there is a little lip. Pull straight back, and that will pull the battery out.
Howd you get your camera to work? Im pressing the camera mode on the app and it just says “unconnected”

Never mind I fixed it. I need to allow the app to use my local network. Hope this helps someone

How's the footage it records?
Not terrible. It's only 720p, and the video is a bit laggy. But for $30, I'm surprised it even has a camera.
How you remove the battery to charge it
The battery slides out and charges with the supplied USB cable.

I lost the instructions and now I can’t get the app is there any way we can contact so I can get the QR code?
Go to the app store and download the DRONE-UAV app. The rest of the instructions will be on there. Axles is the company that makes the drone, but I don't think they made the app.

Yo how do I connect the controller to the drone
Once you turn the controller and the drone on. Press up and down on the left joystick and you should hear a beep to indicate that it is connected.
How did you connect the camera ?
It's built into the drone and Bluetooth to your phone.
