you can use pattern matching to find names of files that you don't know the full name of.
for example -
find ~ -type d -name s*
-> /home/user/sticky

What's the difference between grep n find? And where to use one
Usage:
Find - to search a file in a given location
grep - to search a word/string in a given file

. = Current directory, then what does ./ Means? Does it mean search in all directory?
./ means root directory, yes it mean it will search in entire server (all directory)
So if l am searching as being root, will I use . Or /
