- Nissan is up there with the likes of Toyota and Mitsubishi as one of the most trusted and beloved Japanese brands. Memorable products over the years have cemented their status.
How did the company reach this stage? How did it navigate through the years of hurdles that they’ve recently become known for? And what does the future hold for them? Find out today.
What an inspiring person...I have always respected nissan as well as Toyota because they built durable cars and a trustworthy brand . Like a friend said, one of the few things you can trust in this world, is an engine made by a Japanese person
That's great
@@CARLOVERS-qs8fw no offense the engine is extremely durable but the suspension parts is extremely poor in some of them. If you buy a vehicle would you have to change suspension parts every 3 to 4 months? I had that experience with a Nissan vehicle! You fix the car this morning this evening that same part have to change! Could you handle that?
@@laloslal4007you just bought a used car my guy. Cheap parts also correlate becoming non functioning.
I've been driving Nissan cars and trucks since 1986. I always did well with them. I follow the recommended maintenance schedules, and service at the dealer only. I had very few issues with Nissan vehicles. One thing I like about Nissan vehicles is the layout for controls and is very classic in design. I can get in to any Nissan vehicle and seem to easily find all the necessary buttons and controls. Since I have been liking Nissan vehicles, I see no need to change.
Not only that but working on their sports cars is a very familiar affair also. They stick with what works and incrementally improve the weak points over time. It's one of the reasons the Z and GT-R are such enormously successful Japanese sports car stories where all their competition comes and goes in gasps or just badge engineer other makers cars like Toyota has resigned to since the financial failure of their LFA (fantastic car from a performance and sound standpoint though, and some of the tech did trickle down to some of their other Lexus products). There is the Miata though, probably a big reason the Silvia never made a comeback.
My dad owned a 1979 280zx and to this day he claims it’s one of his favorite sports cars. I’ll soon be owning a 1972 240z.
Toyota, Nissan and Mitsubishi 🙂🙂👍👍👍...
Toyota Nissan and Honda 🇯🇵😎
My top three favorite car brands from Japan too!
Also the underrated ones like Mazda, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Subaru
@@vin6665 I do wish Toyota/Suzuki/Daihatsu luck with the new MR2 project. Daihatsu chassis with a turbo Suzuki liter bike engine for high end and sound, and Toyota performance hybrid tech for low end and to pass emissions would be amazing! Add MR2 badge for maximum nostalgia effect for sales.

Nissan made great vehicles up and down their lineup all the way until the mid 2000’s. Since then (around 2007) their overall quality began to decline sharply. Still some good vehicles here and there (Frontier, Maxima) The partnership with Renault was the beginning of their demise. Some say they are back on the upswing, but imo Toyota, Honda, and Mazda are all making superior vehicles.
What a wonderful piece of history, thank you for sharing! 😊
Love my Nissan wil never drive a other car make. Excellent vechile and durable, and powerfull performance. Thank you for the excellent video. 🇿🇦
Nissan is my make. I still haven't been driving my Nissan often since I got it. 'Tis nearly a decade since I obtained my driver's license, and I'm STILL not driving often like all my younger siblings and my parents.
Japan is one country that is amazing. Geographically small, with very few natural resources, but still its industry competes with federal countries. Toyota, Mazda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Sony, are world class companies.
My Father gave away his Primera and my Sister her Micra cause there is not a single "Nissan" Dealer/Repairshop anymore in our City for at least 10 Years. My father was never caring about the Costs of Repair and Service, he was proud about the NISSAN STAMP in the Books and the Feeling to gave HIS Car to Knowing Hands. My latest research says not even in the State Bavaria/Germany is a Dealer to be found. So they HAD TO CHOOSE AN OTHER MANUFACTURER.
Watching this while seating in a Silvia 😍
Great innovation, initiative, credible, amazing indeed. I am a Gambian National, pursued studies on Automotive Engineering at then Gambia Technical Training Institution (G.T.T.I), now the University of Apply Science, Engineering and Technology (USET), in collaboration with City and Guilds Institute in the years 1998-2001. Indeed seeking internship training under your renounce and reputable Factory of Nissan motor cooperation, JAPAN
I have found Nissan to be a reliable and nice riding car.

What An Inspiring Person I Have Always Respected Nissan As Well As Toyota Because They Built Durable Cars And A Trustworthy Brand Like A Friend Said 1 Of The Few Things You Can Trust In This World Is An Engine Made By A Japanese Person
how do have almost the same comment as another 💀
Only driven Japanese cars for awhile now Mitsubishi lexus and nissan and nissan is by far my favorite. Ill probaly be sticking with them for life. Its sad that the company like many othera isnt what it use to be. Rip to the sedan. My father always said Japanese engines are built better and are cheaper to fix where American cars are cheap but flawed and European cars are expensive and flawed
Nice job for the R35 Nissan GTR
I got a nissan almera for four years with more than 120,000 kilometers the only maintenance I did is to change oil break pads and drive belt. And that all folks enjoying my almera in my everyday ride.
Inspiration
Th at for the video
I was duped into thinking Nissan was a good vehicle. I bought a Rogue and boy was I fooled. I now have a Toyota.

"Poor Japanese boy" is a far stretch. Good watch otherwise 👌
Can you do a story on Forest Lucas? the founder of Lucas Oil
Looks like every Japanese multinational automaker has been founded by a 'poor Japanese boy'. We call for CEO on new model's launch, shows up a 'poor Japanese boy'.
Nissan is best car manufaturer❤❤

I love Nissan Because Skyline Slivia And Fairlady
I love Nissan 🥰 because r34 gtr😎
I ❤ NISSAN😘
They must ditch Renault and build the engines like they used to be before partnering with Renault. In my opinion Nissan engines doesn't have the reliability & durability like they use to have. Beautiful cars yes, but Renault should go
Nissan Altima driven by all baby mamas in the United states.
Facts
Toyota has already determined that EVs, their "current" form, are NOT the future of the industry. Someone should tell Nissan.
Who the hell pronounces it twenty four zero z! Am I wrong?
Because the narrator is an AI fake.
Nissan should release a new cost effective rear wheel drive Silvia and their problems will disappear quickly
You forgot to mention Jatco CVT transmissions problems.
244k miles and same tranny on my 14’ Altima and still going strong. Maintenance is key
Make Isuzu history want to history behind it.
Nissan used to build some of the best cars ever. Namely the Skyline, Sylvia, 200sx, 240sx, 280zx, skyline GTR Etc.
No, the best car is Nissan Altima
Nissan still makes the gtr, the skyline rebadged as an infiniti as well as the Nissan z so Nissan still has some cool cars left
@@joskjj3625 Yes. I agree. But the durability and reliability is not the same as back in the day with those cars. Its all under Renault. And Renault suck. Nissan should ditch them

No offense the worst vehicle Nissan ever built is the Nissan y12 wingroad wagon! Trust me! The suspension is the worst! Not for Trinidad and Tobago roads!
