Welding advice when welding on your vehicle make sure you keep the ground as close to your weld as possible, welding galvanized metal produces a poisonous gas. Enjoy your videos. 🇺🇸🇨🇦🇺🇸

Looks like it's "time" for an ebike partnership Steve, ha ha...I saw someone wearing one of your All About The Bait shirts when I was at Sebastian Inlet over the weekend, pretty neat to think of how your "time" invested has brought some success to your business of selling products. Thanks for the update on what's going on with you. I hope you figure out how to create more "freedom of time" because that's when true success has been achieved.

Hi Steve, firstly thanks for all the content videos you post, they really are informative and very helpful.
Having said that,
I recently purchased a brand new 2024 suzuki 2.5hp a few days ago. My first day out the motor starts great runs OK, idles good, runs fine at 1/2 throttle then from 1/2 throttle to full throttle there is no more performance the rpms stay the same regardless of throttle position, cables good carb is opening all the way etc... then even at 1/2 throttle after 5 mins or so the motor loses rpm and starts to die and shut down. If i reduce throttle it will reduce rpm and it will stay running and not die, but i have to back off to nothing for it to stay running if i increase the throttle even the slightest it will die. But if i wait and let it continue to idle after a minute or so i can increase the throttle back to 1/2 throttle and the whole process/symtoms will repeat.
If it dies i can start it up no problem and the same process will happen again.
I check the lines for leaks and anything obvious that might be a problem i cant seem to find anything. I thought maybe it was starving for gas or a kink in the line but cant find an issue there. I also thought maybe the fuel tank vent wasnt allowing enough flow i opened it all the way 1/2 way and closed the symtoms stays the same. I didnt open the cap to try that because the fuel tank was full and didnt want to risk spillage. The throttle to rpm really bothering me as there is nothing from 1/2 to full. Perhaps its a problem with fuel delivery somewhere in the system? Or maybe too much fuel and/or its unable to burn it all properly?i dont know any ideas before i send it back to the dealer?

Hey Steve, big fan of your show, saw the A-pillar, roof rust you'll be repairing. I'm a lead structural and non-structural ASE and I-car autobody technician. If you have any questions about rust removal or products for corrosion protection after the repair, I'd be happy to advise. I do work like that a few times a year on classic cars regular customers own.
