I just have to say you are by far my most favorite creator. You make learning fun. You always say you're a Hot Mess. But my friend you're not a Hot Mess. I always love your candor and teaching style. I learn so much! I totally saw your dog. I see what I describe as “UFC’s” in every one of my creations. So Tammy regardless of the pouring medium (or is this for when using Foetrol only) just get the consistency right and then it's ok to store the paints for up to 6 months? But remember to thin with water for dutch pours. I wish you would come up to Vancouver BC Canada to present a weekend of classes OR to Bellingham Washington - close enough that I would certainly cross the border to be taught in person by you. Absolutely perfect video on how to mix paints. 💛💚💜

Gee I love how you teach :) BUT I have a question, if the paint is too thick why wouldnt you add a bit more floetrol rather than water? Just wondering because you said water and binders dont play nicely. So if I use floetrol completely instead of water am I damaging my paint quality?

Spot on my dear! I've been mixing my "bread and butter" colors like this for awhile now. I can then adjust for a pearl pour or Dutch Pour after that! ❤️

Also asked if powders or tube paints works better but each paint is different & white can take over as usually heavier. So decided to do black & white together and got a not pretty gray! Ty & consistency matters!

Bloom techniques really stressful. I need this basic technique to enjoy painting. Thanks for doing in the basic way.
I am suffering from depression, PTSD. Bloom techniques stressed me out. Not enjoyable. I felt like a failure. Please help us the people like me who is disabled and trying to pour something not stressful. Tammy, your paintings are as beautiful as you are. Very helpful. I spend almost $1000 but unsuccessful. So, I gave upon the bloom techniques.

I just discovered Acrylic Pouring on 6/7/22 and I've already done 10 pour Paintings and posted 8 videos on my Channel!
The first 2 were actually tempera paint pours because that's all I had. LOL
The next one was with Acrylic craft paints.
The next one (6/12/22) was what I consider to be my first official one, because it was done with "real" Acrylic Paints and it turned out beautifully if I do say so myself! Lol

So in theory if you poured a small amount of flotroll in a small cup, dipped a stick in it it would show the right conssistancy for a pour
