I startat full height (4.5) and drop it for the second cut to 3.5. On the second cut I go diagonal, then if need be I raise the deck all of the way and run over the grass again to break up any clumps.
how do you like teh stand on vs the sit down? my friends are trying to get me to make teh change but I am relectant. I am 56 and I am worried about my legs/knees after a long day. Sitting doesnt bother me at all. Have a Ferris 43 " which rides like a dream
Great question, when I first started I loved the stand on but as time went on I prefer sit down / zero turn. If your mowing all day I would recommend a zero turn
Overgrown lawns pays good, pickup new clients in neighborhood (we mow front first for advertising) and that owner be calling back. Mow on mow on👍👍👍
What up Big J , yeah these properties are profitable. Took me a while to figure out how to price them tho lol . I appreciate you watching!

Which property's do you use the Bobcat on?
The Bobcat is used for properties with small entrances to prevent push mowing.
