- If you're a Kurt Cobain freak like me you must visit Seattle and Aberdeen. There is so much to see. Kurt's childhood home, the house he died in, the Kurt Cobain memorial park, cement tribute statue. Feel free to leave me questions about the places you see in the video. Check out my other Seattle/Kurt Cobain videos.

The house he died at is: 171 Lake Lake Washington Boulevard East, Seattle, WA.
The memorial park I went to was under Young Street Bridge, Aberdeen, WA. I remember it was at the end of a dead end street , but don't remember the street name.
A childhood home of his was at 1210 E. First Street in Aberdeen. If you do go to Aberdeen, there is a museum of history and ask the guy in there. He will give you a map of all the kurt cobain related places.
nice video Kitchen&Bricks. I smashed that thumbs up on your video. Continue to keep up the fantastic work.
this is really amazing, thank you for posting..
+Ola Mola Thanks! And thank you for watching :)
I stuck my camera under the gate :)
I was scared to do it but no one was around. haha!
I'm re-reading Everett True's Nirvana book and it's great to see the places he's talking about! Thanks!
HI! I'm from New Zealand! Loved your vid! Me and my friend will be In Seattle the first week of September and I'm wanting to visit Kurt's former home, Viretta park etc.. How far of a drive was it to Aberdeen?
excelente!!! gracias
thank you for this beautiful image, the house where he died in seattle is it you busy?
Nope! The road isnt too busy and we were the only ones there at the time. Its a really nice area.
It would be nice at Kristen Pfaff's house, too.
HE IS A LEGEND FOR ME HE IS NUMBER ONE IN MY FAVARATE AMAZING BAND
PS: How did you get the cool shot at 18 seconds in, of the house, it looks like you were inside the driveway?
Looks like it was taken from a gap under the gate
Did you take a tour or did you drive? Do you have a timetable on which site to visit first and next and so on. We plan on doing that this month. Thanks so much. Also, can you let us know how much is ideal to fit in a day.
+Roberta Galea I didn't take a tour - I don't think any were available. I looked up all the addresses and just drove to them all in one day. It look most of the day, mainly because we spent time driving around Aberdeen and talking to the locals.
+Kitchen&Bricks thanks
+Kitchen&Bricks One more question. We are trying this trip in a couple of weeks. Driving to Aberdeen; did you stop anywhere along the way. It seems that alone will take a big portion of our day driving from Seattle. Thanks.
We did stop at an outlet mall along the way. I remember going in a bath and body works and that's about it lol. It's been a few years since we went to Seattle. I do know that we drove around aberdeen for awhile and then the couple we were with said something about Twilight movies being based on a near by city (Forks, WA) so we drove there, ended up getting lost but it was the best kind of lost you could get. It's absolutely beautiful there. We ended up reaching Forks and it was pretty nice. A lot of cheesy Twilight stuff, but the beach in La Push was breath taking. I made a picture video of that too : czcams.com/video/fr4luc_DZ04/video.html
Does anybody live in his old house he passed in ?
Stefan Marsh Yes, its occupied.
Creepy looks a cool adventure tho :)
