4 hours longevity is fine by me! I know it bothers a lot of people but I really don’t find myself in situations where I’d ever need or even want a fragrance to last the entire day. Can’t wear any at work and if I go out at night I’m usually back and in bed after a few hours 😂😂
Good to see a review on this. Maison Alhambra reviews are few and far between and they're not on Fragrantica either. The Maison Alhambra fragrances are also more expensive than typical Lattafa fragrances so it's hard to justify pulling the trigger.
I can attest to the value of Toscano Leather and Lovely Cherie too (although the latter is only about 70% there), but I might be the only one who's managed to pick up The Artist No.1 (not No.2) recently. Excellent take on Portrait of a Lady (with longevity to boot), and a better balance between the fruity rose and spices than the original imo. Heresy perhaps, but I actually prefer it over the FM because it turns down that weird metallic spice that the original has and Porpora cranks up to 11. Heavy plastic cap too. Only one I'm missing now is Exclusif Tabac, but since I already have Carlisle, it'll probably be a gift. Lattafa nailed some of the fragrances in this line though. Crazy how far clone brands have come in the past 5 years.

@@mauri1400 Unisex but leaning more feminine I wouldn't use it to go play pool with the guy's, but to go out on a date/go out with your girl or run errands. I love the scent but not every guy is going to feel comfortable wearing this, I go light on the sprays because it's strong.

They have come a very long way in the last couple off years it’s crazy how close they can get to some fragrances

@@mikeycologne Just as good as their TF clones imo. But you have to like rose. Whereas POAL is heavier on the spice.
