INGREDIENTS :
FENUGREEK SEEDS - ½ CUP
MILK - 1 CUP
DESI GHEE - 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 1 TABLESPOON + ½ CUP
ALMONDS - ½ CUP
CASHEWNUT - ½ CUP
PISTACHIOS - ¼ CUP
WALNUT - ½ CUP
MAKHANA - 1 CUP
GONDH (GROUND) - ½ CUP
COCONUT (GROUND) - ¾ CUP
WHEATFLOUR - 1.5 CUP
POPPY SEEDS - ½ CUP
CHIRONJI / CHAROLI - ¼ CUP
MELON SEEDS - ½ CUP
JAGGERY (BEATEN) - 300 GM
DRY GINGER POWDER - 1 TABLESPOON
CARDAMOM POWDER - 1 TABLESPOON
BLACK PEPPER POWDER - 1 TSP
