आज मसाला किचन मे बन रहे है ड्राई फ्रूट लड्डू की आसान रेसिपी | घर मे हलवाई जैसे मेवे के लड्डू बनाने का आसान तरीका | बाजार जैसे ड्राई फ्रूट लड्डू कैसे बनाये | बाजार जैसे लड्डू, मोतीचूर लड्डू, आटा लड्डू, मेवा पिन्नी, बूंदी लड्डू, दानेदार बेसन लड्डू, गुड़ के लड्डू, मेवा लड्डू, ड्राई फ्रूट लड्डू बनाये और मसाला किचन की विंटर स्पेशल रेसिपी जरूर देखिये, जोड़ों के दर्द, कमर दर्द, सर दर्द दूर भागने का तरीका, परफेक्ट मेवा लड्डू बनाने की विधि | बिना मावा, खोया के लड्डू बनाने की आसान रेसिपी | आसान ड्राई फ्रूट लड्डू, मेवा लड्डू, मिठाई रेसिपी बनाये व हलवाई जैसे लड्डू रेसिपी शेयर ज़रूर कीजिये | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Dates(खजूर) - 200-250 Grams
* Ghee(घी) - Some
* Almonds(बादाम) - 1/4 Bowl
* Walnuts(अखरोट) - 1/4 Bowl
* Cashew Nuts(काजू) - 1/4 Bowl
* Pumpkin Seeds(कद्दू के बीज) - 1/4 Bowl
* Sunflower Seeds(सूरजमुखी के बीज) - 1/4 Bowl
* Poppy Seeds(खसखस) - 1-1.5 Tbsp
* Raisins (किशमिश) - 2-3 Tbsp
* Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) - 1/2 Cup
* Nutmeg(जायफल) - 1 Tsp
* Honey(शहद) - 1 Tbsp
RECIPE:
Take some Dates & take out their seeds. Chop them finely & grind them in a mixer jar.
Keep the pan for heating, add some Ghee, some Almonds, Walnuts, Cashew Nuts. Roast them on a slow flame & take them out on a plate. In the same pan, put Pumpkin Seeds, Sun Flower Seeds, roast them & take out them on a plate. Then put Poppy Seeds, Raisins, Desiccated Coconut. Turn the flame off & roast them & take them out. In the same pan, put some Ghee, put Dates & roast them well. Then put Nutmeg Powder, roasted & chopped Dry Fruits, Honey, Roasted Seeds. Bind the Laddoos & enjoy it in winters. Keep it in an air-tight jar for a long time use. In this way, Winter Special Healthy Dry Fruit Laddoos will get ready without Sugar or Jaggery.
Tip:
You can use Jaggery/Sugar instead of Dates.
