I love this figure! Most people prefer the black version because it is 1 to 1 with the Lego mini figure

I have that Batman figure, and I can definitely say it’s one of the best figures in my collection. I don’t feel the need to get any other Batman figures because this one is just so good and is definitely my definitive Batman figure.
The opposite can be said about a certain other superhero. I can just never have enough of him.

I really hope to get my hands on the blue version of this figure one day, it’s seriously just Batman but perfected.
I would love the Superman as well, but he doesn’t come with a smiling head, and that’s just Superman to me, so it kinda ruins the whole thing.
I hope I can get my hands on the hush, Superman too! It looks really good, but I do agree he could use a happier expression for sure!

Nice review, Kirk. While I missed out on the Black version, I was able to snag the Blue and he is for sure my definitive Batman in the collection. In addition to the Bruce Wayne head sculpt, he also comes with a kryptonite ring fisted hand for battling Superman.
Oh dang! I didn’t notice he had the ring. I may need to get him eventually 😂

Oops. Yeah, Lawliet0815 is correct. That hand comes with the Mafex Hush Superman. My bad. But it's still for the Blue suit version.

Impressive review!! I had the first issue of this figure and the two wires in the middle also seem detached to the body…… And they kinda really annoyed me for a while for I thought also they were broken😹😹

Awesome review. It’s a great figure. Super posable. Aesthetically great. Unless someone can make a more poseable and better looking figure for a cheaper price. This is the definitive Batman figure. If you’re a Batman fan save up your money and buy this figure. It also goes well with other 1:12 scale figures. I love the cape almost all comic illustrations show a cape that is unrealistically long and flows.

Hate 2 be lame .But I wanted this 1 so badddd .Then the reissuie got the black and then got the blue ...I starved 4 2 weeks because of Bruce ...Just wish I knew if he gets loose of I mess with him .??
I haven’t noticed any looseness in my copy as of yet. I’m sure as long as you handle it with the utmost care and aren’t rough when posing it, you’ll be fine.

This figure is awesome, very comic book accurate.
The blue / grey version has an even bigger cape as it was originally released first & Mafex toned it down on the black / grey version because being too long can get crazy.

The Pattinson Batman is awful, that cowl is laughable. Worst Batsuit ever made.
Since this guy didn't really answer or even compare both the Mafex and Mcfarlane Batman figures I can say that neither is perfect. The cape on the Mafex is too big and he's a bit on the thinner side which makes him look more like Dick Grayson when he took up the mantle. The Mcfarlane is bigger and beefier but less articulation and accessories and the cape is plastic.
At the end of the day they're both good but Mcfarlane easily beats it in price since its only $20 and not $100.
Yeah, McFarlane figures always have a better price than imported ones. I also agree with your point about the cape size, which I mentioned in my video. I didn't compare the McFarlane figure because I don't own it and the question was more of a joke from a friend in the community. Nevertheless, I appreciate you sharing your thoughts!
