Today we have another reaction video it is not what you or us were hoping for the MMA Part 2 unfortunately due to copyright reasons our video was blocked we tried everything we could to get it up for you but the whole footage had been claimed and could not be played on youtube so today we have a reaction to BTS from nobodies to legends by xceleste! This was pretty emotional for us to watch so we hope you enjoy our reaction!

There was so much more than whats shown here. From being disrespected right in front of their face in live tv to death threats to them and their family. They go thru so much hate and yet they just give us positivity, and love, and soo much inspiration. I honestly have never seen anyone like them. Their song doesnt talk about the usual theme of most songs.. They talk about depression, social injustices, self love and so much more. And they deliver it with so much sincerity and honesty
We were so shocked when we heard what people say about them and the hate they get! Its horrible! Its amazing how they are still so positive and only spread positivity! Love them so much! 🥰💜💜

@@TheATWINS2 Haters were 1) Fellow rappers who dissed young RM+Suga/17 + 19, on a radio interview, for leaving underground rap for KPop (tho they still rap), calling them girls/sellinng out. They stayed calm, but it resulted in their incredible "🔥🔥 Cyphers" hater clapbacks "CYPHER 1 - 4 LYRIC" VIDS & Live "CYPHER MEDLEY 1-4" & "OUTRO-TEAR"-at Wembley, "UGH" & "DDAENG" LIVE + awesome Official MV "MIC DROP"!
2) S.Korean media said they wouldn't make it from a small co., not one of the "BIG 3" companies, who rule the media
3)↔WORST- Many Anti-fans (from the then biggest KPop grp, who felt threatened/jealous ??!?!) & cyber-bullied them/accused them of everything/anything bad, even death threats b4 concerts. The boiiiz were so hurt, but kept grinding. They know "HARDSHIPS" (by xceleste) & appreciate everything/succes with humility, warmest personalities, HILARIOUS OWN Variety shows (UTUBE: "RUN", "THE SOOP", "BON VOYAGE" episodes +continued hard work. They're goofy, yet smart > ▶ALL going 4 their MASTERS!🔥 They're all beautiful, kind, suppotive, inside + out!💜

BTS had and have a lot of haters for a variety of reasons. It can be hard for a newcomer to understand sometimes because they are such genuine people and their music and talent is so clear, and everything they stand for is uplifting ... *why* would anyone hate on them, right?
So I've kind of compiled some explanations for where the hate came from.
1) When they first debuted, they were from a small no-name company. The kpop industry was completely dominated at that time by the "Big 3", three entertainment companies that had so much power, money, and influence that it was considered nearly impossible to be successful if you were not from one of those three companies. BigHit's lack of money/influence made BTS an easy target for mockery and mistreatment and there is some indication that this was encouraged in the Korean media behind the scenes by the other companies.
2) Despite all the hurdles inherent in where they started, they began to be successful fairly quickly for a small kpop group from a small company. This immediately sparked fan wars with fans of other groups who saw BTS's rise to success as a threat to their own groups' success and standings. Notably, when BTS won artist of the year, the first kpop group not from one of the Big 3 to ever do so, they were met with middle fingers from the fans of one other group.
A lot of these haters will claim that they dislike BTS because they are 'overrated', but what it really comes down to is that BTS rose higher than their favorite group(s) and they were angry about that.
3) Both RM and Suga left the underground hip-hop scene to join BTS. They did this because sharing their music with the world was important to them, and Bang PD promised them artistic freedom. However, rappers from said hip-hop scene (many of them notably older than RM and Suga who were both teenagerse when they joined BigHit) called them "sell outs", mocked them for wearing make up on stage, said they weren't really hip-hop, harshly criticized their rapping, and said they would 'never make it'. Hence why RM says at one point in their song Bulletproof Pt. 2, "Hey guys, come here, take a preview, a plot twist presented by a 'mere' idol. Hyungs who are only full of their hip-hop pride told me it’s impossible, look carefully at me, placing a period on it. I'm possible - Is it good now, boy?"
4) There is a stigma surrounding both kpop and boy bands (of which BTS is of course both) that they aren't 'real' artists and that their music is just for silly teenage girls. As such people don't always take them seriously or even give their music a chance.
Many people even still don't realize how heavily involved in the lyric-writing, song writing, and production all of the members are. Three of them are full members of the Korea Music Copyright Association, with over a hundred songs each credited to them, and all of the other members are associate members, but still people's perception is that they are pretty faces or dance and sing and have no true musical artistry.
Which is crazy, really, because how many *American* artists do we know who can write such moving songs/lyrics in multiple languages and switch seamlessly through them as they sing?
5) The United States music industry is, frankly, xenophobic and can't get over the fact that BTS sings largely in Korean. Honestly, so are a lot of people who won't give their music a chance. The number of times I've heard on CZcams comments about "why would someone bother listening to something they can't understand" is almost as much as the comments I've heard making fun of them because they "look like girls." Sigh.
So, yeah, suffice to say .... they have had and still have a lot of haters for a lot of stupid reasons. But their song Mic Drop was kind of their 'last farewell' to their haters. The, "You know what? It doesn't even matter anymore. Don't even bother apologizing. We're doing great," song. Cypher 4 as well as their song Ugh and even Idol all show that they simply don't care about their haters anymore.
They know they've made it, and they are very comfortable in who they are now.
PLEASE PLEASE watch "The Mistreatment of BTS" by affectaed and "This is BTS ARMY Introduction to BTS fans" by xCeleste. These two videos will give you a much stronger understanding of what the fans and labels of the other Kpop groups have put the BTS members through and how BTS has inspired their fans to make profound changes and begin their own charities and projects.💜💜💜

I would recommend you listen to/watch some of the songs they've written specifically for their fans. You should react to their song Magic Shop. It was written *specifically* as a song for their fans, to comfort and uplift us, and it is an absolutely beautiful song. You can look at an explanation of the lyrics and an English translation on doolset, and then there are a lot of really nice live performances.

Also, The Most Beautiful Life Goes On: A Story of BTS by Asian theory. These videos will give you a better understanding of BTS and each members detail backgrounds. You will appreciate BTS more once you understand what's behind them as individuals. You should see these video's before getting into more BTS MV's.
The newest updates that we got so far from BTS is that they are performing on MTV Unplugged 23rd USA and I believe on April 2nd they are releasing a new Japanese song OST that's in a Japanese Movie and its also produced by Jungkook .
