[5th to refurbish] Refurbished C751A (7017/7018) DNB Testing

The 5th refurbished train, 7017/7018 was seen testing along the line today, 7/9, making 1 round trip before finally returning to the depot.
Seems like it’s 1 step closer to its re-debut!
