This was a pain to attempt, but I finally got it down. There were runs where I cleared Onslaught and Annihilus with practically full health, but messed up on either Gwenpool or Jessica Jones at the end and it just got so frustrating. However, I stayed determined because I knew Carnage was more than capable of handling these fights, I just had to put it into practice.
    Strategies
Onslaught: Make my entire buff build focused on Furies because you can't crit the more buffs there are on you and debuffs there are on Onslaught. Precision and Cruelty would be useless in this fight, so it's better to go for increased attack rating. On top of that, you don't really want to crit against Onslaught either because it increases his chance to inflict Neuroshocks. Try holding onto Power Stings, block one hit of his SP1 when needed to get Magnetize and exploit being Crushed to heal from Willpower to keep yourself topped up. It's best to inflict Crushed when you're in the midst of dexing a Special or on the offensive. When using a Relic, throw a heavy to get Power Gain and intercept to maximize Power Sting and Special damage.
Annihilus: Build up Precision first, then Fury and Cruelty. Ideally SP1 spam for easy openings and simple damage loop of refreshing Bleeds and getting more Fury buffs. If you accidentally dex and try to attack afterwards, throwing a Special while Unblockable will usually be enough to fix the error as it will override his Unstoppable duration and the last hit should knock him down. It's a nice safety net he has against Unstoppable. This is quite possibly his simplest and fastest fight. You can go for occasional SP2s if you find openings to use them.
Gwenpool: Look out for Reversed Controls. It's best to throw a Special or Heavy right as the controls are about to change so that you're more prepared to deal with them. SP1s make for a safer loop just like in the Annihilus fight although SP2s deal significantly more damage, but at higher risk of jeopardizing the timing of the loop. As long as you're prepared for them and the AI is willing to stay aggressive, the fight should be fine.
Jessica Jones: Build up Precision first as it is absolutely essential to making this fight so much easier. Fury and Cruelty will follow soon after. Once your permanent buffs are set up, only build towards Furies. Always punish her Specials for Grit to counter her Unstoppable. It's important to knock her down after she fills a bar of power to keep your Bleed damage going. It's also important to maintain the Bleeds as they give you more openings with your Specials being Unblockable which allows you to maximize your Grit while dealing big damage and staying on the offensive. Jessica can be a bit passive so knocking her down via openings is very helpful and also encourages her to be more aggressive which is essential to the loop in this fight.

@@AllisonEdits Thanks!!! Took a lot of practice due to Onslaught acting up and Gwenpool timing her SP1 shot right as the Inverted Controls would activate which cause a lot of mess ups. Glad I finally got it down though.
