I’ve pulled Prowler recently as a 7* and while it does appear he definitely benefits from awakening and high sig, do you agree he’s still worth R2 unawakened?
Hey thank you so much for this comment, I shared with vega and he really appreciated too!! So as a 7* unduped you’re losing about a rank of damage - as in an R3 unduped is like an R5A/R2 duped. So an R2 unduped is like an R5 duped but unascended prowler He may struggle a bit in BGs vs other R3s or high damage R2s but he is still an incredibly solid domino counter, amongst others - and he will crush war and questing for you. Really it depends where you are in the game and whether you think he’ll benefit your roster over other techs, if he will then he’s definitely still worth ranking, his utility is very unique and useful

His falter makes dodging some specials easy as well as his quick ramp and ruptures take questing fights very fast. He also has good immunities as I’ve used him against falter nodes and champions like professor x and ebony maw. I currently have him at r4/40

Do you mean why not push to 2 bars? Because if they throw it just over 2 bars then they have almost no power after they throw 2 bars of power. You either want to push to 1.9 or 2.9 bars of power
The extra .9 is for gaining those charges. More charges = more Fury. At 1.9 bars he gains 27 charges which is basically 90% of the max limit that is 30. Maximum Fury
Personally disagree, I think he’s got perfect damage for BGs healthpool. Any more and you might start to see him slow down a little compared to other options
I love Prowler but it boggles my mind that everything in his kit is a passive besides the incinerate lol why is that but Warhead comes out and literally everything in her kit is passive make it make sense lol ❤❤
I'm only 8 minutes in. So I apologise if you explain this later on in the video or i missed something in the first 8 mins but i'm practicing against ROL winter soldier while watching. are you doing something to extend that incinerate in the first rotation you showcase (start with heavy). Because I can't seem to throw my sp2 before the incinerate expires? as in even when i pull it off and throw the sp2 while the incinerate and falter is on the incinerate falls off during the sp2 animation so I don't think i'm getting the detonation. I have him rank 4 sig 200. *Will delete if this is addressed later on in video*
No that’s a great question! I really should have mentioned this in the vid, but it’s the sentinel relic that I have. Each hit has a chance to pause the incinerate which is really huge for Prowler. Try it out with that and hopefully it’ll line up better!
I’d say he has a little more damage, and probably similar utility (if not a little more). I am a little biased, but I think prowler is better than red skull

2 months later and I just pulled him from the titan, and I have 110 stones for him
