@@dm8dd I hear the Brampton’s are very good. I was looking on Amazon and there’s a bunch of cheaper knock offs from China but I’m glad I went with this. The quality is truly great and will last me a long time. The small space it takes up when folded is truly game changing. Folding bikes are great.

But no, our house sucks and I had to move out and now I live alone and I have to pay rent and wage cuck. Also, your surroundings always look really nice, clean and serene. Hey man, we're around the same age and I've been considering carnivore for a while. I do on and off keto, but for some reason I have this mental block when it comes to just going meat only. Years of indoctrination of "meat will kill you" still hang on, even though I see so many results. Did you have any of that? I also do the gym a lot and worried about losing some muscle (even though I'd be getting enough protein...again mental blocks) Was it tough to get over that in the beginning? How did you stick with it despite let's say social pressure from friends or family to "ahh just this once won't hurt" or "you're taking this too serious" sort of thing? Keep it up dude.

Took a long time to get over it but as you said, there's just way too many people having good results. Too many anecdotal stories. I think my parents just accepted it eventually and wish friends I don't really have much lol so that's not too hard. I just decided you know what even if I have to be a weirdo I'll do it because that little bit of cheating can mess you up. You should be ok but you're going to have to make sure your seat is fairly high up. The compactness is truly hard to beat so it's ultimately up to you on what is the most valuable to you.

I hired a Brompton a few weeks back am sold on folding bikes you can put in the back of the car and explore new cities

Carnivore Diet + OMAD. Just eat as much meat as you want (minus all the sauces and minimal seasoning) and you will lose a lot of weight.
