    bro... c'mon
everyone goes through bad periods in life, its something natural. What matters is that you are making progress, you lost a lot of weight, you are ripped Chadlite now, you got a job promotion, you've been putting yourself out there, you've been meeting new people, you've been actively trying to be a better son to your parents and your faith in God is stronger than ever.
You've made so much progress this year, dont let it go to waste.

"I don't know what to do, I don't know what to believe, I don't know who to trust, I don't know what to trust" -- As the kids say, "big mood". I've had a total breakdown along those lines at least twice in the past month. I just don't feel like I fit into society or agree with the majority of people any more, even if I could get myself into the normie mindset about everything going on in the world, I don't know if I'd want to. I don't know how things have devolved so fast and it seems like it will never get any better. I just want to go back to the late 90s and early 2000s. I feel like a time traveller that has gone about 100 years into the future and everything is way to progressive and now I'm stuck. I don't know how people in my parents generation are coping better than we are.

i told him to write a book when i first discovered this channel almost 3 years ago. he said he "wouldn't even know what to write about" but i think it's because he doesn't believe in himself. like dude what you'd write about is all the shit you have been talking about over the years compiled in a way only he could do. There is a real audience and he could write some gold for this lost generation. I truly believe that.

Thanks for the update.I'm dealing with a slight down turn in energy. Nowhere near what your dealing with but I've always been the type to get sick a lot, or have energy problems, etc. but just sayin we all have our burdens to deal with. I have to take a break from running and working out or I know I'll get sick, and it sucks cuz I'd rather be making progress. With any luck I'll be back at it in a few days or a week. Hope your back issues get resolved. keep walkin, researching the issue to do what you can. You've made a lot of progress over the past few years and you should definitely give yourself credit for that.

All I can say George is just... Be yourself. Yeah, its really, really cliche. Find a comfort zone and what woks for you. Forget anything else.. Even these nagging thoughts. I gave up on being 'grown up'. Being grown up and acting my age and doping what your 'supposed to' sucks. SUCKS. Politics, big questions about God life, life after death?,society, covid, trying to fit in. I no longer keep up with the news or whats going on in the world. Im 39 but now I game, watch cartoons from my childhood and other things i did in happier times as an early teen. Only grown up thing I do is vape and have a few beers :) the mainstram media, YT subcultures, left, right, incel, whatever... It can all go to hell.

There are always other options man. I know it feels hopeless at times when you feel you've tried it all, but one thing I've learned in my 36 short years on this planet is there are always options out there.
Last year, was working a job I didn't hate, but wasn't going anywhere. I decided to quit that and move to a new city doing a job I had no clue what I was going to get myself into. If I failed then I would end up worse off than where I was. But so far it has been the best decision I made in the last few years and am doing well so far.
Point is, there is always something to be done. I have back issues too from slow onset scoliosis when I was a teenager. My back will never be aligned right, but good thing is it won't get worse.
So, like you I do back strengthening exercises and stretches. I have almost daily nagging pain, but what helped me most was not chiropractic visits or anything.
Weight training and yoga. Simple as that. I do deadlifts and rows to help the strength and stretch it out. I dunno why but it helps.
Not saying it will work for you as I am sure you have tried it. But I am sure there is something you can do to alleviate the pain. I'm not sure why any docs can't figure your situation out.
Could it be more psychological than physiological?
Also, I go through down periods, even when my life is objectively going well. It happens. We humans are weird like that. But it gets better. And it will get bad again at some point. I think there is comfort in knowing the ebb and flow of that will come guaranteed so you're able to embrace both when they do.

You've been so good at keeping positive, I hope you return to that. I would think magical recovery of back pain is unrealistic, best you can hope for is managing it for a long time going towards gradual recovery. The old George would've given up much sooner, you need to stay strong and keep going into the great unknown. Life has a tendency to make us want to just give up, lie down and cry, but I truly believe it is worth it to keep going. If you keep fighting and fussing, and keeping on you might get somewhere, but if you just decide to stop it is only because the world is wearing you down. Nobody knows we just push the doubt away but you're somehow attuned to that. Hope you figure it out xoxo.

Sometimes you just gotta take an honest look at yourself and figure out what you arent. Obviously you arent a UFC fighter or the posterboy that women secretly keep in their room and touch themselves to.. not trying to be an ass but everybody in their confusion can help themselves by ruling out the obvious.. the pain is probably a sign you shouldnt be heavily into physical stuff which is fine you seem like a smart dude. And theres ALOT of different types of dudes that aren't gonna be what women want. You probably know that better than me probably like 80% hahaha... so think about that. Being envied by women is a pipedream for most you arent special in that. The best thing to do is do what youre good at and come to accept what youre not good at. Might suck at first but youll thank yourself cause itll give you more a solid direction and less confusion and general life anxiety.

I guess youre breaking down all the facades society puts up and youll realize how life really goes for most men.
